How do I use Multi-Quote? in Forum Help! ·
I find myself wondering, quite simply, out of mere curiosity. kaže:
I simply cannot grasp how you manage to move those large brackets containing the quote.

The experiment I have presented above is... 🤦

I believe I am beginning to understand. 😁

One should provide some commentary alongside the text, lest we lose the identity of the speaker and be left with nothing more than an empty quote.

The experiment I have presented above is... 🤦

This constitutes my experiment.

I actually brought my own laptop out to the vineyard and picked up their wireless signal. 😉

That’s great; you should receive the information immediately upon completion of the work 🙂 provided everything proceeds according to plan—unless, of course, it doesn't. 🙂 😁
I am aware that hospital stays tend to be relatively brief, but I find myself wondering if using a computer might be permitted during one's stay (assuming I actually end up needing to be admitted)? 🙂

I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Kalogjera (one of the Sisters of Mercy nurses) back in June. I ended up pushing my surgery back because of some travel plans, though if I am being honest, it was mostly due to nerves. 🙄 The procedure is set for September, so I am wondering if anyone else has seen Kalogjera? What has your experience been like??

Still no replies, and I have just over eight days left until my surgery date!🙂

Look, it doesn't necessarily have to be that way. I actually had my first eye exam done through a private specialist. $0.00And it turned out to be an absolute disaster, didn't it? To a friend in the hospital. (Free advice) I actually ended up with some internal deformation, but honestly, the result turned out great. There’s still plenty of work left to do from that first surgery, but the outcome is significantly better now. Hats off to the doctor in every possible way—the staff was absolutely wonderful to me as well. In short, if you're going to pull the trigger, do your homework. Research thoroughly, go for consultations, and really dig in. Pay close attention to negative reviews, because some plastic surgeons are incredibly mediocre at what they do. Unfortunately, I had to learn that lesson the hard way. As for the procedure itself, don't be afraid; the recovery isn't painful or long, and if you truly trust your surgeon, you won't have anything to worry about.

Which hospital were you at?
I was scheduled for surgery with Dr. Kalogjera (one of the Sisters of Mercy) during my sixth month. I ended up postponing the procedure because of some travel plans involving the ocean, though if I’m being honest, it was more about the fear. 🙄 The surgery is scheduled for September, so I find myself wondering: has anyone here had experience seeing Dr. Kalogjera? What has your experience been like?

😁That is precisely what happens when one fails to read carefully. My apologies.

Has anyone here gone through surgery for a deviated septum? If so, what did it end up costing you?
I’m scheduled for the procedure in about two weeks. I have supplemental insurance, but since it’s private and not through Medicare, it won't cover the hospital stay.
Every time I ask someone at the hospital, they just can't give me a straight answer on what the total bill will look like!!
I know there's a cap on the cost,$1000and that they don't charge extra based on how many days I stay—so whether I'm in for two days or sixteen doesn't change the base price—but still, nobody can even give me a ballpark figure. So, if any of you have had this done, please, please let me know what kind of damage I should expect to see on my credit card statement...🙂🙏

Are you truly planning to undergo surgery for a deviated septum at a private clinic? I find myself wondering what the underlying motivation might be for such a decision. Is there a specific reason you would choose to pay out of pocket when you are fully entitled to have this procedure covered by Medicare?
So, I’m also here with a question regarding nasal surgery.😁
I have a deviated septum and am scheduled for surgery with Dr. Miller at Mercy Hospital in six months. During my consultation, he mentioned that he would need to break some bone and that my nose will undergo a complete change in shape. Now, I can accept that part, but I’m feeling quite confused by a specific note he made in my medical records.
It reads: "Valve reconstruction is recommended in ETA (S+P)."
After doing a bit of searching online, the only thing I could find was that this refers to an internal procedure that wouldn't affect the external appearance of the nose.
Does anyone with medical expertise—or perhaps someone who understands this terminology—know exactly what this means?
James White3 said:Of course. You simply visit your primary care physician and request a referral for an examination. In my specific situation, breathing through my nose was nearly impossible—well, I could manage it, but only while remaining completely sedentary. If I required a higher intake of oxygen, which is necessary given my involvement in athletics, I would be forced to rely entirely on mouth breathing.

And now, I have one further question: in such a scenario, does the surgery focus solely on correcting the functional issue, or does it encompass aesthetic improvements as well?
I haven't read every single post here (to put it bluntly: pure laziness) 🙂 but I have been wondering about something: is it actually possible for someone covered by insurance to conclude that rhinoplasty must be performed for medical reasons (making it free)? If such a thing is possible, what kind of medical justifications would even qualify for that?
