I'm definitely not the only one... I mean, it's not "great," but it's alright 😉..
Honestly, I think there’s a huge psychological component to this too. As soon as I start obsessing over it, or once I
realize I’m spiraling, it just gets way worse. I might try hitting some squats, haha..
What kind of balance exercises are we talking about exactly?
Jose Miller3 said:Restless Leg Syndrome is just one of those many syndromes cooked up by Big Pharma—basically a way for them to target wealthy markets and peddle medications to people who have way too much cash and not enough attention, making them believe they need a pill for a condition they don't even actually have... a pill that doesn't even work.
There are tons of these out there, and the number of drugs marketed for them is even higher... 😉
I just wrote "syndrome" because that’s what I found online—otherwise, what am I supposed to call it? "My legs are freaking out"? Hehehe...
Look, I didn't even say this was some massive chronic disease or whatever. It just sucks. It makes falling asleep a total pain, and honestly? People actually laugh at me when they come over to crash at my place. Heh. It's not like I'm out here begging them for sympathy or anything.
If I actually wanted some attention, I’d be hanging out in those pro-ana circles—that's what's trendy these days. Not on something this pathetic... so just chill out.😉
Anyone else here "suffering" from this... and how are you "dealing" with it? I’m not really looking to go see a doctor (it's not like it's that
serious), so if anyone has some solid advice for natural "remedies," please let me know!..
Basically, any tips or personal stories would be awesome...
I was about 18 when I first realized what was going on, maybe two years ago—or maybe that’s just when it
actually started, who knows. When I'm lying down, especially when I'm trying to crash, I have this crazy urge to move my leg. Recently, I
did a little reading on it, and honestly, it doesn't bother me enough to wake me up or give me those weird tingles they
always talk about in descriptions. I can't even put a finger on why I have to move my leg, heh,
I just have to... Sometimes, "rocking" my whole body back and forth helps me drift off, too.. 😵
Anyway, it’s starting to get on my nerves, and having my family and friends make jokes about it definitely isn't
helping, heh..
P.S. I tried searching for a thread about this but didn't find anything useful, so I figured there wasn't one open yet.
If there is, I'll apologize to the moderator and ask them to move this. 😉
