Pituitary cyst: What should I know?

I’ve been diagnosed with a clear cyst on my pituitary gland's intermediate lobe, along with an enlarged pineal gland. To make matters more complicated, my thyroid is failing, and I’m dealing with hyperplastic ovaries. Has anyone here actually dealt with pituitary cysts before? Are there any specific symptoms I should be watching out for—anything unusual?
