The weather in the States is famously unpredictable—we could easily see a massive cold snap hit in January or February.
But yeah, we're already halfway through January and there’s zero sign of anything actually getting cold. It’s been staying above freezing the whole time.

Sure, winters are milder now so we aren't burning through nearly as much energy on heating—but then the summers hit, and they're so brutally hot that we end up dumping a massive amount of power just to keep the AC running...

For me, things usually start looking up about 7 to 10 days after I finish that last pill from the 60-count pack—it’s definitely not an overnight fix.
Since it's just a herbal supplement, you can keep taking it three times a day without really worrying about it.
