Experiences with Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)?

I'm living with multiple sclerosis. I've decided to give LDN a shot, so I'm asking anyone currently on naltrexone therapy to jump into this thread and share what you've been through. How long have you been taking it? What dosage (mg) are you using? And specifically, how much relief did you actually feel?
