Hey, looking for some advice here... I'm trying to put together a new PC build and was wondering if you guys could recommend a solid setup for under $1,100?

It’s the same logic with your diet; you have to cut out the chocolate and all that other processed junk, then switch to eating at least four smaller meals throughout the day.
If your goal is to drop down to a more manageable weight—let's say around 200 pounds—you should realistically expect that process to take at least a full year.
A buddy of mine dropped 90 pounds in just three months... so now I'm sitting here hoping I can pull off the same miracle...
Not really sure which sub this belongs in, so here goes nothing... I just picked up some 1800mg L-carnitine ampoules. Currently sitting at about 250 lbs, standing 6 feet tall, and I'm 16. How much is this actually going to help me drop weight, and what should my target weight even be? Also, how much cardio am I looking at daily to make this work? Any side effects I should worry about? Is 1800mg way too much for someone my age?
thanks
