With sleep disorders, the real trouble starts when your sleep quality drops so low that you can't actually rest, not to mention the constant risk of injury from sleepwalking and such.
If you're really serious about fixing this, you should head to a doctor; they'll let you know if you need further testing or not.
My mom has been sleepwalking for twenty years. They advised her to stick to a strict schedule—going to bed and waking up at the exact same time every day—to relax before bed, keep the room quiet, avoid going to sleep hungry, and make sure she uses the restroom first. But honestly? Nothing seemed to help. 🙂
Regarding the fatigue—I basically never get enough sleep, but honestly, the exhaustion isn't even the worst part. It's the tossing and turning... it’s not exactly comfortable (trust me, waking up on the cold tile floor by the exit isn't great)... my biggest worry is wandering outside and making a total fool of myself. 😁
