Casey White13 said:Maybe just call this thread "South American Soccer" or "CONMEBOL Football," something like that. Let's not label it "The Brazilian League" when we're actually talking about Copa players and the Chilean league. 🙂

Solid idea overall—I approve, S.

I was thinking more along the lines of Latino Football.😕
Alright, I'm kicking off this thread for the Americans, but we'll be covering everyone else too 🙂
Can one of the mods step up and clarify things? I don't want to waste my breath on a useless intro here. 🙂
Anyone interested in me starting a thread for the Brazilian league? Season kicks off today, and this one looks like it could be a real blast to follow. Let's cut out all the corporate marketing fluff and get back to the actual soul of the game.☕

The sign-up bonus is useless for anyone living in the US. I haven't even heard of anyone being able to open an account here.

Timothy Martin52 said:I don't get it. Why bother changing your email on MB? You could've just added more addresses to your current account and picked whichever one you wanted to send from.

Problem is, I haven't touched that email in over five years. I already nuked it on MB, and while I updated it to my main address on Expekt, the old one is still stuck there for MB payouts.

Just a little rant about Expekt:

Some of my cash went out via bank transfer, while some stayed in Skrill... The bank transfer hit on Thursday or Friday (I put the request in on Sunday)
But the headache starts when you try moving money to Skrill. Since Expekt was my secondary bookie where I opened the account, they had an old email address listed for Skrill that I haven't used in ages.
So I try to get a hold of them... their live chat is broken 😕, so I send an email. Two days later, they reply asking for a screenshot of my Skrill account showing the new email, plus a copy of my ID. I send that over within half an hour... two days later, they reply again saying I need to rescan my ID because they need to see the edges clearly 😕 (even though they could clearly see them the first time)
I rescan the ID and send it... then I wait three days for a response... only for them to ask me to send the scan *again*, insisting the edge must be visible. That’s when I lost it and sent a pretty salty email along with a different version of the scan. Two days later, I get word that the ID is finally verified...

Except... they still haven't updated the email address for Skrill. That was back on Monday, and I'm still waiting to hear when they'll actually do it.🤷

Their live chat has been dead for almost two weeks now 👎 and it takes them two or three days just to answer an email... honestly, our local bookies are like spaceships compared to this bunch of idiots. If I wasn't trying to grab some free Euros from them, I'd give them a wide berth.🙂

why on earth would you open a DraftKings account in dollars? 😕

Gerald Jones56 said:But what about me? Did I hit the requirements? Can I actually withdraw my cash if I deposit $50 eight times at 1.5 odds?

So basically

$50 x 1.5 = $75. I leave the extra $25 alone, then drop another $50. Do that 8 times, and I'm good to withdraw?

I'll shoot them an email about that second part in a few days and let you guys know what they say...

Yeah, the main thing is hitting that $400 total deposit mark. Once you do that, you can pull the bonus... along with whatever other winnings you've racked up (like a couple thousand bucks 😉)

Gerald Jones56 said:What’s the deal with my $50 deposit? It's actual cash, not some bonus bullshit, so I’m assuming I can't just pull it out immediately. I don't even plan on cashing out right away, but I need to know if there are actually rules for this too.

I don't know, man. Check the Terms & Conditions or just shoot them an email.

So if I’m getting this right, I’m dumping, say, $50 into the bonus eight times. First time rolls in $75, meaning $25 is just extra cash on the side while my $50 goes toward the bet. Or am I forced to wager the entire payout every single time? Because if that's the case, it's a total scam. 😬 ) ?

It's entirely up to you how much you want to drop. You can go in with $1, $4, or $75—doesn't matter. There aren't any rules. My advice? Start slow. Once you've bumped up that initial $50, then you can start scaling those stakes.

Also, anyone know what's up with these PayPal vouchers? Is there a $50 version, or do they just calculate whatever amount I pick based on the exchange rate?

Just a heads-up: they take PayPal vouchers. You just gotta check with them first to make sure they’ll actually accept ones bought here in the States, since they haven't always been valid on every site. I know for a fact they work on FanDuel and BetMGM, though.
Grab a voucher, hit up the Visa site, and use their currency converter to see what that cash is actually worth in dollars. Then just dump that exact amount into your sportsbook.

Gerald Jones56 said:Thanks for the heads up, guys...

Wagering that bonus feels sketchy, but I might just give it a shot on DraftKings. At this point, I’m betting with them or these local spots anyway...

You'll probably realize things work better this way than back home. 😁
From what I can tell, DraftKings has offers similar to our local bookies (makes sense), but they don't have the multiplier. 😁

Gerald Jones56 said:That looks like 8 times over to me...

So how does this work? Do I have to hit a 1.50 total odd 8 times straight with a $50 stake, or what? Like, if I bet $50 at 1.6 odds and land $73, can I just take that $23 profit and walk, or does that part have to be rolled over too? Same thing if I bet $2 and aim for a $100 bonus—is the profit mine to keep immediately, or am I stuck rolling over the whole thing including the base?

Players must fulfill rollover requirements of 8 times of first deposit amount, before they make bonus request.
If the stake rollover requirement for this bonus has not been met within 90 days of the first qualifying deposit any funds held in the bonus balance will be forfeited.
Any bets placed containing selections at odds of less than 1.50 (1/2) will not count towards any rollover requirement.

Basically, their deal is you have to roll over your actual deposit before you even touch the bonus. So if you open an account and drop $50, you gotta churn through $400 in total bets before that bonus hits your account.
Honestly, I much prefer when the bonus hits instantly and you just roll the whole pile over at once.😁
They don't care if you do 400 bets at $1 or 8 bets at $50. As long as you hit the number within 90 days, they're happy.

Now, whether that's hard or not... if you actually know what you're doing, it's doable.
I'm grinding through a rollover on another sportsbook right now with even nastier terms—10x at 2.00 odds. I've already cleared more than half the requirement and my initial bonus is already up 2.5x.😁

Gerald Jones56 said:Quick question if anyone knows off the top of their head—if not, I'll dig around and post back in a few days or so...

So, which sportsbook is currently dropping the biggest bonus with the easiest rollover requirements?

FanDuel is doing 100% up to $100, but I haven't checked the fine print yet... probably won't touch it for now.

DraftKings has 100% up to $50, that's my top pick right now... 8x @ 1.50 before you can withdraw.

That $200 bonus looks pretty sweet on paper 🤔

There are way better bonuses out there right now... this one is a total pain to actually clear. 🙂

Charles Patel68 said:Look, if Porto pulls this off, then Benfica slips up against Sporting CP and Porto beats Moreirense, they're only one point behind. Anyway, why do you even care what I write? Honestly, you've posted plenty of garbage yourself, but you don't see me jumping in to call you out on it.

You claimed that after tonight's win, Porto has a real shot at catching Benfica and clinching the title ,but it all still depends on Benfica choking—and they haven't choked once in their last seven games, winning them all with a ridiculous 23-1 goal differential. That's your idea of "good chances"?! 🙄
I care because people could actually lose money based on these half-baked, stupid "analyses." If you aren't going to do the work or if you don't actually know what's happening on the ground... just don't do it. ☕

If you spot something dumb I've said, just tell me. The whole point is for people to get solid, verified info.

Charles Patel68 said:AS Roma-SS Lazio2,10

Roma won 4 out of their last 5. Lazio? They've lost 4 of their last 5 away games. Plus, Lazio is playing Fenerbahçe next, so they’ll probably just focus on prepping for that home game instead.

Neither Rome nor Lazio has a bigger game than this one.

FC Porto-SC Braga1,45

Porto has won every single home game except for one draw. If they pull it off today, they actually have a shot at catching Benfica and taking the league.

What kind of nonsense are you even talking about? Even if Porto wins, they're still 4 points behind Benfica. If Porto has "great chances" after that, what chance does Benfica even have with a 4-point lead?!

Some countries have strict limits, if I recall correctly like in France where you can't bet with anyone except their own domestic books... and they're in the EU 😕

Hopefully nobody gets the bright idea to try that kind of nonsense here in the States 🙂

hollowwalker10 said:Realistically, Madrid should take this... maybe @2.25
Let's be real, Madrid's the better team, but these sportsbook odds are trash. They're lowballing Galatasaray too much—kind of like that Schalke game I posted about a while back. My gut says the Turkish side grabs at least one goal. If they score and Madrid still pulls the win, that's the sweet spot. :-)

Over at FanDuel, you're looking at 2.35

I only ever used PayPal, and the money hit my account in like two minutes.
