Given the absolute circus currently happening in the American economy 🙂, we’re putting our entrepreneurship plans on ice for a while. After bouncing around for weeks, today was the final straw. If anyone actually has an answer to the question above, I'd appreciate some advice—it might come in handy down the road when things finally stabilize 🙂

Question: My boyfriend (my 😁) is setting up an LLC, and I want to be his biggest supporter—but there’s a catch. The apartment is currently solely in my name. If I gift him half ownership (making it a joint property), could he technically rent out "his" portion to his own company without it being flagged as rental income for me? I'm trying to avoid having to report it on my tax returns. We’re actually counting on a specific tax credit related to our mortgage, and I’m terrified that adding this rental income to my profile might shrink or completely wipe out that refund. Any advice? 🙂

My ASTA, sedimentation, and CRP levels all came back positive, which pretty much points to a staph infection lurking somewhere in my system. My joints have been giving me hell lately, my lungs hurt when I breathe, and I’m dealing with slight swelling and bruising around my ankles from broken capillaries. On the bright side, all my rheumatology labs look fine. My CRP was jumping all over the place over the last two weeks—swinging from 35 to 89 and then down to 13—and while my sedimentation was high, it’s finally back to normal. The only thing still flagging is the staph.

I'd love to hear your thoughts while I wait for my appointment with the immunologist... Honestly, the lung pain is what's keeping me up at night; after everything I've read about staph, it's pretty unsettling.

I’m looking for some recommendations for a decent GP in Brooklyn, specifically at the community clinic near the park. It doesn’t need to be world-class; I just need someone who actually knows what they’re doing. For anything serious, I’ll just head to a private specialist anyway. 🙄

I don't make trips to the doctor very often, but since moving, I just picked someone off a list and it’s been a disaster. The previous doctor isn't even there anymore; she's been replaced by this rookie who acts like she’s already a Chief of Medicine just because she finally got her degree. She’s incredibly condescending and completely clueless. She spends the whole appointment flipping through textbooks for every minor thing a patient mentions, only to "confirm" exactly what I already told her—all without even bothering to actually examine me. It’s unbelievable.

I urgently need a competent primary care physician. Please help. 😢

You know that sensation where your eye starts twitching? Mine has been doing this constant, subtle fluttering for weeks now. It’s happened before, sure, but never this frequently or for this long. I read somewhere that it could be a Vitamin B deficiency or maybe low magnesium levels... so I’ve tried every supplement under the sun, from Flintstones to high-end drugstore brands, but nothing seems to touch it 😢

The twitching hasn't stopped. My eyes are jumping 🙄 and it is incredibly irritating.
Does anyone actually know why this happens or what I can do to make it quit?

If I take out a loan equal to 70% of my total fund value, am I being judged by the share price on the day the loan is issued or by the actual number of shares? If it’s based on the number of shares, does that mean the way I pay back the loan changes depending on how much those shares fluctuate before the term ends?
