Cold feet?

I seriously couldn't fall asleep in the winter without socks. Cold feet would keep me wide awake for hours, but once you pull them on, pretty soon after hitting the sack, your feet just get nice and toasty 👍
Also, if you've got the time, soak your feet in warm water before bed (not under the faucet, just hold them in a little plastic basin, whatever you call it). It won't mess with your veins if the water isn't scalding—just slightly warmer than body temp. Since feet are usually colder than the rest of you, that warmth feels perfect. Then dry them off really well (seriously, make sure they're bone dry, even between the toes) then toss on some socks and jump in bed. You'll sleep like a baby 🙂
Good for you, I lie down with ice-cold feet and they stay that way no matter what socks I wear.
For the OP: HOT WATER BOTTLE; HOT WATER BOTTLE; HOT WATER BOTTLE 👍
But honestly, it probably depends on how bad everyone's circulation is. Personally, my hands and feet are always freezing. My peripheral circulation is total garbage.
Another solution that requires zero effort besides having guts and actually works for cold feet: try it once you start living with someone.
Basically, all you need is a guy sharing your bed. When he goes to sleep and you're too lazy for socks or a foot bath, just sneakily press your feet against a warm part of his body... say, his butt...
That works too, but it’s only a solution a few times before your boyfriend loses his mind. Pushing that "alternative" too hard is a one-way ticket to a breakup or at least separate beds....
So, the foolproof, old-school, effective way: HOT WATER BOTTLE.
