Joker is easily the most sinister of the bunch—he’s just a twisted, manic psycho. I mean, sure, Riddler isn't exactly playing saint either, but at least he has a specific modus operandi that gives him some credit as a somewhat rational being. Joker? He's just pure, unadulterated chaos. 😲

And don't even get me started on Catwoman and Penguin; they're nothing more than greedy little thieves and bottom-feeders. ☕
