Richard Moore3. if you're going to be such a huge patriot, you might want to rethink your username... we really don't care if you're a fan of classic American folk singers...
This purple haze is just melting my brain... Everything feels different lately, baby... I’m acting so strange, oh my God... Just wait, I want to kiss the sky...
I can't tell if I'm falling or flying high... There's this purple haze everywhere I look... Should I keep hoping or just let out a sigh...
She cast a spell right on my eyes... A purple haze is covering up the sky... I can't even tell if it's day or a cursed night... I'm losing my mind over you, baby... Am I waiting for tomorrow, or is it the end of the world... 🙂
redcrane28 said:But doesn't "gas" mean something is fun or cool in English? Like, saying "it's a gas, gas, gaaaas!"...
Actually, the way it was written, it refers to gas as in vapor or smoke... and I wasn't the one who translated it either, since I actually started collecting these songs over twenty years ago... 👋
LIFE IS SMOKE Life’s Just a Gas Marc Bolan & T. Rex
I could have loved you, girl Like a whole planet, I could have tied your heart up With a chain made of stars. But none of that really matters, Life is just smoke...
I could have built a house on ocean, I could have placed your love up in the sky, But none of that really matters, Life is just smoke...
I could have turned you into a saint, I could have buried your fate in the sand. But none of that really matters, None of it matters at all, Life is just smoke... Hope this one lasts forever...
You guys clearly don't know the story behind Vasa Ladacko. Everyone thinks they know everything, but honestly, nobody actually knows anything... anyway, let's just move on to one of the greatest songs ever written. IMAGINE...
Just imagine... John Lennon zamisliti...
Just imagine if there were no heavens... It’s actually pretty easy if you just give it a shot... There's no hell waiting for us... Just us and the endless sky... Just imagine if everyone... Just living for today...
Just imagine what life would be like if there were no government at all... It's really not that hard... Not really sure what there is to talk about... It’s really just a matter of killing or dying... And religion follows the same pattern... Just imagine for a second if everyone actually lived in peace...
Just imagine a world where nobody actually owns anything... I wonder if that's even possible... There’s really just no need for greed or hunger... There's just something about that sense of brotherhood among people... Just imagine if everyone actually shared everything in the whole world...
You could just say I'm a dreamer... But I'm not alone... I just hope that one day... So, are you guys going to join us too... And the world will eventually become one...
You guys really got me there... You know, I was thinking about the story of Vasa Ladacko, and honestly, I could probably spin that into five different episodes... but I guess I'll keep it a bit shorter for you all. Coming your way tonight...

Just take a page out of darktiger20's book. Honestly, I don't even feel like typing all this out since I'm just transcribing from my notebook, and I really want this to read like a gripping Mexican telenovela to draw people in... Are you getting impatient?...
Those sweet little moments filled with nostalgia, love, and being broke, sharing a cramped bathroom with everyone else and—well, just in case anyone happens to be looking for me... Hang in there Ines—I'm right here, just getting up to turn over the burner on the stove. Is it really all that rude at this hour? Mozart, Requiem, Agnus Dea. But honestly, that opening part is still my absolute favorite... I feel like I have a million more of those tender, slightly reckless memories from back when we were young, the kind that trick us right in front of our own eyes, stealing away and leaving us behind...
Our little connection took quite a while to build up... and then suddenly, over some warm bourbon, it all came out through just a few poorly hidden desires. You have this way about you, sir, like a gentleman with a country soul. Such a rustic little aristocrat! Between your curves and the bed we shared, and my room hanging suspended in mid-air like an orange, like a glowing citrus orb, hovering over the deep green and blue waters of New York City; right there at proleterski brigada 39, near Grkovic. The street looks soaked from the window, and I can hear the distant hum of the early evening subway trains...
A green bus rolls along pushed by the autumn wind just like a falling leaf, down a slope in New York City... I'm wearing my evening suit and surrounded by all these eyes... Don't give in, my youth don't give in, Ines...
DON'T GIVE UP, INES (NDSI) - check this out Arsen Dedic
Epizoda 1.
Don't give up, Ines. Don't let the years wear you down, my dear Ines, despite the different rhythms and habits we've picked up, because your room is still warm; with its cozy layout and those rare little treasures... You always had more taste than I ever did. Your room—it was beautiful—but now your landlady is in the hospital. You were always so unique, from the color of the stationery in your letters to the gifts you chose, walking with me just the next morning around nine down to the station... - to be continued -

Hannah Montana. Is that how you spell it? You must be their biggest fan, though I think people call that kind of obsession "Ramonesmania"...
😲 😲 😲 😲well, the track we're talking about is High School Musical by The Ramones. I honestly can't believe there's anyone else on this board who hasn't heard it before... I mean, they're the Ramones!
My bad. We should probably be focusing on getting things done instead of bickering like this. I was just doing a literal translation, and while I'm certainly no expert, I know middle means middle and high means high. If you really want me to list out a few songs from their millions of tracks just to see how many people actually recognize them—even though they're all absolute classics...
Maria Morris5 said:Hmm, I'd love to contribute something, but I really don't feel like doing all this translating myself... does anyone know a good site where I can just find song translations?...
I totally forgot to mention that while the translation and song details aren't strictly required, they’re definitely appreciated if you have them. My bad. And regarding Maria Morris5, I'm probably not as tech-savvy about this stuff as some of the other users here... High School Musical. It's kind of like saying Rock & Roll Middle School. That's just how the work goes, I guess. You either chip in a little something or just let it slide...
Purple Rain"s Gonna Fall Purple Rain"s Gonna Fall Bob Dylan
I saw a newborn baby, surrounded by werewolves... I saw a diamond road, but there wasn't a soul on it... I saw a room packed with people, but their hammers were bleeding... I saw ten thousand speakers, but their tongues were all tied... I saw cannons and sharp sabers held in the hands of children... And a heavy, heavy, heavy rain is gonna fall...
Feel free to use this space to share or transcribe rock poetry from those legendary anthem tracks, whether they’re from our own American classics or great songs from abroad that have been translated into English. If anyone's interested, I'll definitely be jumping in too... Thanks!

But what does "doing it the right way" even mean? I used Eraser and went through the Control Panel, but honestly, no matter how you try to scrub it, there are always little leftovers hiding in the Registry Editor, and some programs even find ways to embed themselves deep into the kernel, which is exactly what I was getting at with the McAfee thing...
