How do you defeat evil and the people behind it? in Psychology ·

I actually recently sought revenge over something because I let my ego get the better of me, and I have regretted it deeply ever since. Revenge is honestly one of the most foolish and pathetic things you can do to another person; the moment I did it, it came back to haunt me twofold in the form of a guilty conscience that still weighs on me today. There will always be bad people and evil in this world, so just don't waste your energy or your nerves on them. A friend of mine, who knows quite a bit about these dynamics, once told me that malicious people actually feed off your suffering—so don't give them the satisfaction. Be stronger than them. Good luck! 👍

I’m with you—revenge is a dead end. Even though when someone screws you over, your gut instinct is to hit back while your blood is boiling.
But once you get that payback, that conscience kicks in. You feel like crap because acting like a jerk isn't who you actually are. You try to be a decent person, so then you have to deal with the guilt on top of everything else.

Bottom line: don't go looking for revenge.
And if you're a good person, you can't really play the "eye for an eye" game either.

I’m still fighting those same battles myself, and honestly, there’s no magic fix. But I’ve noticed that just ignoring them works pretty well so far.
Like, don't let them get under your skin, or at least don't let them see it.
Basically, when someone tries to act tough or hurt you, just give them that look that says, "Nice try, but nope."
Just ignore the noise, hold your ground, and stay true to yourself.
And figure out who’s actually worth your trust.
Maybe you're just running low on some vitamins... stress totally burns through your B vitamins faster than usual... there's definitely a connection there.

It’s hitting me again. Round two.
Just figured I'd share what's working for me to take the edge off.

As soon as that first red patch popped up, I started taking Noni.
I was doing one shot a day.
The other spots are tiny—maybe 1 to 5 mm—and there aren't many of them. Plus, they don't itch.

Maybe if I doubled the dose it would work better, but honestly, I'm not sure if you should overdo it on Noni since you can get too much vitamin 🙂.
Since I've dealt with this before, I was basically waiting for those big, obvious red patches to show up. I kept watching, but nothing happened.
Then I caught these tiny little red specks out of nowhere. That's when it clicked—they were trying to surface, but I had already shut them down.
Basically, boost your immune system so your body can actually fight back.

Anyway, hopefully this helps someone else out, so I thought I'd drop it here.
It was the same for me—everything would get all swollen up and wouldn't go down, even when I was wearing medical-grade stuff.
Even with gold, if the shape was kind of "pokey," I'd have issues.

Then this jeweler told me that the most comfortable style was actually what ironsurfer8 showed in that first photo (the gold ones).
Since switching to those, I haven't had a single problem.

Also, honestly, just rub some calendula salve on it. It worked for me, and I've heard plenty of other people say it helps when cheap costume jewelry or allergies make everything flare up.
