My parent just got some lab results back, and their CPK is sitting at 303. Is this something to be seriously worried about, or is it within a relatively normal range?
John Clark was supposed to say HU right after that—honestly, he just completely blanked on it.

What kind of illness are we even talking about here?

So, here it is. They’ve given us the diagnosis—some kind of progressive muscular dystrophy.
Wait, where on earth did your HU go?

How much is that in US dollars?
Hey everyone—what’s the latest scoop from the Hollywood scene?

So, here’s the situation. I have this colleague—someone who has basically been a professional couch potato her entire life. She was never into sports, didn't play anything in school, nothing... just a lot of walking, really. That was it. Just sitting around or strolling on flat ground. Well, now she’s hit her mid-30s and suddenly her muscles are giving out on her. It’s getting to the point where she struggles with stairs, finds it a real chore to get up after sitting down, and lacks strength in her hands—but especially in her legs. Her muscles just aren't performing the way they should. Is this just what happens when you've been inactive for decades, or is this something more serious that needs medical attention?
Can muscles actually get so "lazy" that they essentially betray you?

So, here’s the situation. A girl from Canada is looking to head over to the Rib in Chicago to get some neurological testing done. Since she's coming in as a private patient—being a foreign citizen and all—does anyone happen to know what the costs look like for an exam and various tests at the Rib? Also, if you have any recommendations for a top-tier neurologist there, please let me know!
What does it actually mean when there's a high count of leukocytes and erythrocytes in my urine?

Me too—I guess I’m just a sucker for sweets, too!
So, what exactly should I be staying away from then?
My cholesterol levels are more or less slightly elevated—well, "slightly" might be an understatement, honestly—but it’s definitely something I have to manage. I was actually the first one in my family to deal with this, which is quite frustrating since I don't even eat much fatty food! I take medication—not every single day, just occasionally to keep things in check. You might want to look into it too, though if you can, please try to bring those numbers down naturally first. I tried the natural route, but it just didn't work for me, so I ended up starting on tablets instead.

A relative of mine just found out she’s dealing with this really rare condition. Does anyone here happen to know much more about how serious this actually is? I'm wondering about treatment options—is there any way to manage it—and specifically regarding diet... what should she be eating, or avoiding, to navigate daily life?
