Nowadays, you see teams from places like Wales, Armenia, Georgia, and Egypt boasting genuine superstars who have conquered the biggest stages in the world. It’s honestly hard to believe how much things have changed compared to what was once considered impossible.

Paul Martinez73 is right on the money. Someone please start another thread that isn't about geopolitics. I'm absolutely drowning in political commentary, both online and in my actual life. I can't deal with reading one more thing about who's an undercover agent, who's a spy, or who's part of some "fifth column" breaching our borders. It completely kills the hype for me and just leaves me feeling depressed. Then again, I suppose it’s obvious that in this day and age, people feel the need to dissect it all.

Jesse Sullivan5 said:I find myself in complete agreement with all of those predicted scores!

No signature needed—there isn't much left to say when you've nailed it. Expert analysis from Rachel Carter90.

On this occasion, I’d like to offer my congratulations to our charming winner and everyone on the podium—as well as everyone else who saw their participation through to the end. My thanks for the cooperation. I’ve included those who dropped out in the table, just so no one feels left at the very bottom.

As for my own little moment of glory, I shall borrow a sentiment from the epitaph of Kaiser Wilhelm II:

Do not celebrate me, for I deserve no glory; do not praise me, for I deserve no praise; do not judge me, because I am destined to

until another time.

Go in peace.

Now, time to finally get back to messing around with that stinking idiot.

Now I just need to factor in the bonus points for our top predictors

those go to

LeGriffio - seven hits, 7 bonus points
Johnny - five hits, five bonus points
Dplazin2 - four hits, three bonus points

I still have to fix the error regarding Miller's points; once that's done, the final standings will be posted and we'll crown a winner.

Help me out here

If you haven't already, give The Heartland a listen. I don't see anyone discussing the lyrics in the chat thread yet.
