Once you've tagged them all, just click the regular Quote button on that final post. Everything should automatically wrap itself in those quote tags, giving you the freedom to clean up any fluff, bold the parts that actually matter, or slide your own commentary in between the blocks of text. It's pretty straightforward, really.

for all those posts you want to include except for the very last one... then just tap the regular Quote button on the final post you need. It’ll automatically wrap all those messages in Quote tags for you, and from there, you can just move things around, delete whatever isn't needed, bold the important parts, or drop your own thoughts in between the quotes... it makes it much easier...
