Matthew Lee65 said:And there are plenty of them... constantly messing with your head.😁

Look, I get it, but someone’s gotta call them out on it. It isn't exactly a pretty sight to witness, but it needs to happen, and lately, I've been making it my business to step up and deal with it head-on. ☕

And if I'm being real, I am actually starting to see some small signs that things might be heading in a better direction.

Honestly, it’s hard to even put into words—it was that same kind of bone-deep, paralyzing terror you'd imagine someone feeling during the darkest days of World War II. But knowing the cause doesn't change the reality; just because I know why I'm terrified doesn't mean the fear has suddenly decided to leave me alone.

Have you ever actually sat him down and talked about it? A lot of parents in this country just refuse to own up to the fact that they played a part in their kids' mental struggles.

Go with a private practitioner, Dr. Višnja Tadić. Her office is on Massive Street, just one stop past Queens!

It seems like people just can't stomach her posts anymore, and now, predictably, Admin has gone ahead and blocked her.
Well... I suppose I should have seen this coming from the start... though I really don't want to claim I told you so.

To get back to the actual topic at hand... I don't know about you all, but I find it somewhat difficult to wrap my head around the idea of using an Adderall prescription as a daily crutch for five years straight. At some point, you have to admit that you're basically dealing with an addiction. 😢

Mickey Mouse, Mark Zuckerberg didn't block me, it was a moderator on a different subforum, so shut it! 😛 😁

Go grab a drink for the New Year, seriously!

Kenneth Scott41 said:But a friend of mine was also taking Zyprexa, and since he has full medical coverage and a good supplemental plan, he said he didn't end up paying anything at all.🤷

No way, there’s no chance. He definitely padded that prescription somehow. It used to be that if you weren't out there actively endangering everyone around you, the board would just rubber-stamp your stuff without a second thought. But now? Total headache. Honestly, I don't even bother with all that bureaucracy anymore—I just go to my private doctor and pick up my Logan myself.

If we’re really doing this, then honestly, Velax is the absolute king when it comes to shedding those extra pounds—go get it, people! 🍿

Hehe, welcome to the club, man. Did they put you on an antipsychotic? Those things are usually prescribed for schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, and yeah, they are expensive as hell. I remember when my Logan cost me $166 (200 mg) and $86 (100 mg)... back in the day, you couldn't even get them covered by insurance without going through some insane medical board review just to prove you actually needed them. It’s not quite that bureaucratic nightmare anymore, but let's be real—they still cost a fortune. Better start saving up some cash... suicidal thoughts aren't cheap, damn it...

I had one once, man, but honestly, those guys in the white coats were way more unhinged. 😂 🤣

I swear, I am so done with these damn dropouts; our whole medical system is circling the drain because everyone else seems to be miles ahead of us. It’s getting ridiculous how they’re outperforming us in every way, while we’re stuck here dealing with nothing but scraps and leftovers! 🤣

I can totally vouch for Fevarin being a total game-changer—honestly, fluvoxamine has been an absolute lifesaver for my libido! 😍 😂

ambermason16 said:In my experience, you shouldn't be touching any psychotropic medication—unless it’s some useless little nothing like Normabal—without a psychiatrist signing off on it. You can't just have some random GP or a local family doctor scribbling prescriptions for heavy-duty stuff. It's ridiculous. 😁)

If you think you’re actually going to score some Xanax from a dealer—and I mean the absolute bare minimum dosage that would make a saint weep—you’re dreaming. You might as well stop hoping altogether while you wait for the inevitable end.

😂 🤣

Exactly, you gotta go straight to the shrink!

"Primary care doc," lol.... 🤣 👍

Kenneth Scott41 said:So, I suppose if I even hint that I've been thinking about suicide, my doctor might just immediately prescribe that medication—the one that's basically the same as Seroquel, which feels like some heavy-duty stuff meant for horses!!
I'm honestly torn on whether I should actually come clean about it or not... I've always just said "no" whenever they ask me about suicidal thoughts.
any advice?

Honestly, Lotenex and Seroquel are like little baby drugs compared to Nocturnal. I mean, what do you think? It wasn't easy for me to sit there and tell my wife I wanted to end it all, but if I hadn't been honest, she wouldn't have been able to help me out or get my dosage bumped up to include the antipsychotic I actually needed to stay level.

So, here I am today, still kicking. You try gambling with your life and popping benzos over the weekend and see how that goes for you; they seriously just make the suicidal side of depression way worse. ☕

velvetsailor26 said:Is anyone else here taking Zyprexa? The fine print says it’s meant for schizophrenia, but I’m popping these daily without having any symptoms of that nature myself.
So, what's the reason you guys are using it?

I’m on Lotenex myself, and nope, no schizo or bipolar issues over here—my psychiatrist just told me it's what I need, so I trust her. 😂 😁

They prescribed mine for suicidal ideation, which is probably why they put you on Zyprexa too, I'd guess. 😉

So, my chest has definitely filled out lately, and honestly, my libido has always been through the roof, but since I started tapering off the Velax, I’ve been noticing some pretty killer improvements in my circulation and just overall sensitivity down there, you know? ☕

It’s totally legit, man. It feels like she measures you right before and after the session, and boom—you’ve suddenly dropped like an inch or two off your waistline instantly. Plus, you hit up a lymphatic drainage massage afterward, and honestly, it’s a game changer! 😁

As soon as I’ve got enough cash stashed away, I’m definitely booking another round!

Honestly, yeah, I’ll admit it—I am incredibly lazy, so I just opt for ultrasound cavitation. You literally just lie there while the fat melts away! 😍

Look, I’m gonna be real with you—there was a point where I was basically eating like a total animal. My body was absolutely wrecked, my skin looked yellowed and sickly, honestly I looked like some kind of zombie from a horror flick. I’m not saying that appetite is impossible to fight, though; you can definitely get a handle on it if you know what you're doing. As I started tapering down my doses, the cravings just kind of died down with them. I'm feeling awesome now, totally back on track... even if my boobs didn't quite make the comeback! 😁

Carol Palmer66 said:I'm on it, and it works fine. It doesn't leave you feeling jittery or wired like some other stuff does; actually, it's more the exact opposite.

Heh, I get it, Loquen totally messed with my head so my appetite went through the roof, but whatever, I ended up dropping 11 pounds anyway because of that bout of depression I had, so I basically just made up for it—plus, my boobs actually grew a little bit! 😁

Look, just check my old meds versus what I’m popping right now, please, and for the love of God, find me someone—anybody—to talk to before I become some kind of internet troll menace. ☕

Drug-resistant? Oh, you bet your life it is. And don't you dare try telling me otherwise; I'm not some amateur. Your little pharmacist buddy can say whatever he wants while society tries to push some new cocktail of antidepressants and anxiety meds down my throat, but hey, maybe they should just hook me up to an IV drip and call it a day, right?
Psychotropic medication discussion thread in Psychology & Therapy ·
Robert Collins2, man, why don't you just go ahead and pop 600 mg of Locke one day and then give me a call, alright? ☕

I’d love to see how you'd even function at work, or drive a car, or just exist in general....

You're being such a drag, honestly. I can tell you're just getting pushed around by some nobody, but listen—just because you're acting like a tough guy online doesn't mean you've actually got anything on me, mentally or otherwise, you little troll. 😬
