Today, I'm planning to take Seroquel along with Sanval, because if I don't, I end up staying awake far too long and then I just sleep the entire next day away... but seriously, how could they even prescribe you Sanval and Cerson together?
The thing is, my doctors have been swapping out my meds for years, trying all these strange little combinations, and I guess I've just become resistant to most of them.
I'm actually heading to see my psychiatrist now—he’s very reasonable when it comes to adjusting dosages, but maybe not so much regarding the actual root of my problem. See, I just can't seem to fall asleep without some kind of combination, and even then, everything wears off so fast.
It feels like every psychiatrist just goes in circles, cycling through the same old pills, different mixes, different doses... but nothing really sticks.
So, I’ve started doing it myself. The doses, the mixtures... this specific combo (Sanval and Cerson) is mine.
I know, I know, it’s probably not what I should be doing, but I've become addicted to whatever can actually knock me out. I don't really care about the antidepressant part... I mean, none of them seem to work for me anyway. Remeron is an antidepressant, but it helps me drift off, too.
If I don't take something to put me to sleep, I start having these full-on panic attacks and breakdowns. Like, literally. I feel like I'm losing my mind.
