Betty Cox30 said:You should probably check your thyroid... that’s how hypothyroidism often shows up.

Fair enough, but there is one tiny little complication—I don't currently have Health insurance, and honestly, I have no clue when I will be covered again. 😢 Since I am technically an out-of-state student, I am wondering if there is any way to access medical care locally—you know, what we would call "home" treatment. I also heard somewhere—or maybe just read it online—that there is a medication called Thyroxine. Is that available here in the States? If it is, could someone please give me the exact name so I can go grab it right away? :S It is just so strange, because I have never had any issues with my thyroid before.

So, I’ve become incredibly sensitive to the cold this year—which is a complete departure from my usual self, as I've never been one to shiver quite like this—and honestly, I just feel perpetually chilled. I can't quite put my finger on why, but I'm sleeping ten hours a day and yet somehow still feel utterly exhausted... it's a bit of a fog. Perhaps someone here has navigated something similar and might have a suggestion for a way out? Because right now, it feels like being in a constant state of lethargy, and frankly, the low mood that follows is becoming quite heavy to carry. Just to be clear—though things feel difficult—I would never dream of harming myself. Does anyone have any insight?🙂
Dealing with bad cramps? in Women's Health ·
Ah, so that’s how it goes... I mean, look, I also deal with those absolutely brutal first-day cramps—the kind where you can barely function. I can't even face a real meal; it’s just snacking on pretzels or something similar for me. Usually, on day one, I just hang out at my computer, sip some tea, or lie down in bed—and then, after about two hours, the pain finally lets up. So, honestly, I don't touch any pills or anything like that.🙂😁 I’m still a virgin... but if anyone else is dealing with nausea, you might want to try some all-natural supplements.😁
