Look, I was talking about those standard crepes, but the ones that take a little extra effort are my absolute favorite when topped with Bolognese and marinara, then baked in the oven 🙂. Or you can swap the sauce for béchamel and load them with parmesan—basically like making lasagna... they're also great with sweet cream cheese, too.

Yeah, but I mean using actual walnut liqueur (the thick stuff), not just cheap brandy. 😁 It tastes amazing, honestly, almost like chocolate milk. 😍 You have to drink a ton of it to actually feel anything, but it's delicious.

Oh, and I love Cointreau too, but it's a bit pricey and it's not really cocktail season out here. It's about 45-50% alcohol. Hm, maybe I'll grab a bottle for the house. 🤔
