That’s just how things go when you're dealing with Bwin. They played me too, though I guess I got lucky—I managed to squeeze out my last withdrawal just a day before they shut down my account. I think I mentioned that somewhere before.
As for what you're running into, I honestly don't have an answer for you.

So, let's talk about online gambling for a second. Here’s just one little example of why you might want to steer clear of BetMGM.
I was playing some poker with my last 50 bucks, and man, I was on fire. I actually managed to turn that into 680 bucks in just about an hour. It feels like a ton of money to me, but I guess it doesn't mean much to them. Naturally, I went ahead and requested a withdrawal immediately. But then, when I logged back in the next day, my account was disabled. Of course, I reached out to BetMGM support, and all I got was this email.
Thank you for your email dated February 15, 2008. Per the decision made by our financial

I think I read somewhere that their support can take up to a week just to get back to you. 🙄

Yesterday, I had no trouble making a smooth deposit into an online casino and over at Bwin. But MB? Total brick wall. I actually got a letter today asking me to verify my address. Everything went fine and all, but the card is still showing as locked. I sent over my ID, driver's license, both sides of my Intel card, the address verification letter, and a bank statement. If they don't unlock this thing now, I might actually lose it...

It doesn't change anything regarding the deposit process, and you don't owe anyone an explanation regardless of which one you pick. It’s just that if you select NON-GAMBLING, you won't be able to send money to bookies or casinos. But if you go with GAMBLING, then you can. We all know how typical gamblers act—they'll bet their last cent when things aren't going their way. So, you might want to decide ahead of time that the money you're depositing isn't meant to be gambled away, but used for something else. Basically, you put in what you want, and PayPal doesn't really care what you do with the cash.

Regarding cards, yeah, issues tend to pop up. My wife actually ran into a problem right away; on her very first deposit, it just said it couldn't go through for some reason. Since I pretty much handle everything through my own account anyway, and my limit is already maxed out, I haven't really looked into it too deeply. Honestly, just send them whatever they're asking for, because apparently, there's no other way around it. Personally, I just deposit directly to the bookie using my card, since PayPal has such a low limit for card deposits anyway—around $1,000. That gets old fast. Withdrawals, though, seem to work fine.

One thing you should probably do before trying your first card deposit is verify it. They'll pull a tiny, random amount—like maybe $2 or $3—from your account, and you have to enter the exact amount to confirm it. That shouldn't fail; the money stays in your PayPal account, and after that, deposits should work normally. If you haven't done that yet, give it a shot. If you already have, then I guess your options are either sending them documents or just depositing straight to the bookie via card.

Nothing new in what you wrote. That first part? Yeah, we all knew that; it doesn't change much.
They ask for this verification while you're entering your details—you check the box saying you agree to let them verify it, hit "add card," and then it happens. In my case, it told me my card was locked for external transactions and demanded I send over my ID and proof of address. I sent everything over perfectly, but it's been two days and I haven't heard a peep. Meanwhile, I have zero issues making deposits and withdrawals on other poker sites. Their support is basically non-existent.

I went through the same process, but here’s the kicker: as soon as I finish typing everything in, it tells me my card is locked. Meanwhile, my buddy is doing the exact same thing at the same Chase branch we both visited, and everything works perfectly for him. Now they’re asking me for a photo of my ID and proof of residence (honestly, I have no clue what they actually want me to send... does anyone have any ideas???)
I tried both options regarding the purpose of the transaction—whether it's for GAMBLING or not—but I just keep hitting the same wall.

So, here’s the deal... I went out to a concert in Austin last night and, well, let's just say I overdid it on the drinks, so my memory of the actual festivities is a little fuzzy. I woke up a bit early this morning and noticed something feels off in my throat. I took a look in the mirror and saw that little red strip right above my Adam's apple... you know, that specific area? It looks kind of long and angry red. Now, it's actually making it a bit awkward to breathe and talk properly. I was wondering if anyone knows what might be going on here. Is it just some kind of inflammation that'll eventually settle down on its own, or is it something more?
