Joseph Watson3 said:Suggesting people drink something like that because it kills bacteria is like suggesting they swap antibiotics for bourbon; sure, alcohol disinfects, but there's a limit. One could easily take it a step further and claim it cures cancer or autoimmune issues, rather than just addressing bacterial 🤣

don't go against bourbon 😍 I highly recommend it 😍

This isn't just some joke; if that's the case, the Department of Justice has some serious work to do.

Perhaps because these things happen more frequently in the UK, so they don't view it as such a big deal.🤷

If I had done the exact same thing, doctors would simply say: she took matters into her own hands and poisoned herself.🤷

I suspect the outcome would be identical here in America; maybe it would make headlines for a few days, but nothing would actually change.🙂

A neighbor of mine passed away recently due to 🙂 accidental poisoning 🙂 just when she thought she was finally on the mend 🙂

It’s absurd. A glass of Cabernet after dinner is fine, but ten bottles will certainly finish you 🤷

I could easily start a thread in the alternative medicine section claiming that a splash of bleach mixed with tea cured my cancer; I’m sure there are enough fools out there who would try it 🙂

True, but only when it concerns my own matters 🙂 occasionally, if I overstep 🙂
George Chavez8 said:Does this apply strictly to hairdressers, or does it extend to other professions?

Should I sit up or lie down before the session? 🤣

It applies across the board, though perhaps less vital than for a stylist—though maybe just as essential for my surgeon. 🤣
George Chavez8 said:Does he offer some nonsense reassurance about how my hair will be fine, or does he carry himself with a more protective, steady presence? A skilled stylist often provides more stability than a therapist..

Good grief, I’d kill him with a pair of shears if he started babbling nonsense about my hair. 😵
He has a protective edge, though it's tempered. He isn't one for small talk, but he demonstrates his technique clearly. 🙂 He is quite ideal. 🙂

I need someone with genuine confidence—someone who doesn't flinch when things get intense, or it's all over. 🙂
I’m starting to fear my hair stylist more than my dentist.😢

I went in this past Saturday, chopped off a massive amount of hair, and added bangs—now I can barely face my own reflection.😢
But I have to admit, I finally found a stylist who inspires confidence; when I started fidgeting nervously during the cut, he was incredibly patient and kept me calm. It seems I've found the one.🙂

I quite enjoy the sound of my own voice; it’s rather sultry 😬

especially when I lean into my American accent 🥳

I understand the logic behind it 🥳 but the sheer number of connections seems excessive—though, frankly, I am in no position to pass judgment when it reaches such extremes. 🥳

It’s just difficult to grasp how they manage so many. One assumes they have lives outside of this, yet my closest friend doesn't even use Microsoft. Perhaps I am the outlier here..

And I agree with you just as much as you agree with him. 😁

It escapes me. 🤷 I don't know enough people 😕 that if someone asked me to list my acquaintances, I wouldn't think of more than fifty. 🤷 Having 900 of them on Microsoft is simply perverse. 🤷

I don't really use Microsoft Messenger, though I do have 13 accounts🙂
Who would you bring with you to a deserted island? in Miscellaneous ·
Ramba 🙂 😍

they would go to any lengths 🥳
Walmart has 🥳
I have my spray; it's... functional. 😍

I used to carry soda too, but they took it from me. I learned the hard way that things get a little blurry when you drink too many. 😢

High heels can also be useful when necessary; they can serve as quite a lethal instrument. 🥳
Who is your celebrity look-alike? in Miscellaneous ·
