Double chin issues in Health ·
Olivia Cooper11 said:Is there really nobody else here dealing with issues regarding chin fat? I would truly appreciate it if anyone could share some insight or advice if you have any experience with this at all.

What does the Mayan calendar have to do with any of this? ☕

I'm with you on that. It's like when you dunk your head under calm water. You can hear every single heartbeat. :d
Coughing up blood: what should I do? in Health ·
hiddenhawk88 said:Honestly, scrolling through everything online lately has been a total nightmare because it feels like every single article is just another horror story about cancer. 😢

Look, hiddenhawk88, a tiny speck of blood in your saliva isn't necessarily cause for a panic attack. It could be as simple as a busted capillary in your nose. I mean, you even mentioned the blood seemed to come from your nose rather than your lungs. Try steaming it out with some lavender essential oil or something similar. Just a heads-up though—do that at night and stay away from any heavy AC for a bit. But seriously, if this happens again, don't play games; go see a doctor. 😉
Red spots/dots on my palms? in Health ·
wanderingangler13 said:Hi,

I’ve suddenly broken out in these tiny red dots all over my palms and between my fingers. They’re small, but there are a lot of them, and they itch like crazy... especially when my hands get sweaty. I have a few spots on my feet too. I deal with allergies quite a bit, but I’ve never had anything show up on my skin before. I thought maybe it was a nickel allergy, but then why would it be on my feet? Should I just head straight to a dermatologist or what?😕

Look, just go grab some General Mills stuff and soak your hands and feet in it. Do it twice a day for a few days and you'll probably be fine. If that doesn't do the trick, then yeah, go see a dermatologist or whatever.
