I’d be super grateful if anyone could help me out with this—I’ve been dealing with this discharge for a while now, but it’s not like that typical white stuff; there’s no color and it doesn't smell. Just to clarify, I’ve been to the gynecologist maybe a hundred times and done every single test under the sun—everything comes back perfectly fine. My doctor keeps telling me it’s totally normal, even though it really bugs me. Sometimes it's light, sometimes it's enough that I feel like I've actually peed myself. Does anyone have any advice? Maybe a specific tea, a med, or something else that helps? And what could be causing this? Is it possible that because my feet are always freezing, it somehow triggers this kind of discharge?
I'm 38 and just got some hormone labs back—turns out my AMH is sitting at 0.1. Does anyone know if ovarian stimulation actually works to get things moving again, or am I just chasing ghosts? I was really hoping to start a family, so seeing that number was a total gut punch... honestly feeling pretty low right now. I’ve already dealt with three miscarriages, and now this stupid hormone level is just adding insult to injury. 😢

You really need to work on yourself; you'll feel a hundred times better when you can attribute your progress to YOURSELF rather than just some pills.🙂
Antidepressants aren't even an option for me since I'm already on meds for my thyroid and heart—they don't play nice together. But you're spot on about one thing: at the end of the day, you've gotta be your own best friend and doctor, not rely on a prescription to fix everything.
Hey everyone, just jumping in here with the rest of you dealing with depression. I’ve had three surgeries in the last three years—living in America, life isn't "bad" per se, but everything just feels so incredibly monotonous... nothing really brings me joy or makes me feel fulfilled lately. Maybe that’s where this depression is coming from. After my kidney surgery, I started having these massive panic attacks about dying, and even though I’ve mostly pulled myself together, that fear still creeps up on me sometimes. Sleep is another thing—whenever I actually have free time, my brain just won't shut off, looping through everything that's happened to me. I have zero motivation for anything, but I did set up an appointment with a psychologist to see what they think. Honestly, I feel like you can mostly help yourself, but sometimes I wonder how exactly that works. I'm really hesitant about starting meds because I don't want to be dependent on them—especially since I'm already on daily stuff for my kidneys and my heart. My aunt suggested some herbal teas to help with mood and sleep to just detox the system, so I might try that first since it's more natural. I'll probably mention it to the doctor if they suggest any prescriptions.
Let me explain, analogpuma0—they check thyroid levels through bloodwork, and if needed, they do a scan. In my case, my thyroid hormones are totally fine and my bloodwork looks great, yet I still feel completely drained. It's weird; I'm not sure what else could be affecting how I feel.

When I was at the ER, they told me surgery was a must. Then I went for a follow-up, and they practically laughed at me when I brought up the surgery option. Then I showed up a third time, and some doctor tells me again that I'll need surgery eventually! So much for having a clear plan!
Anyway, they sent me back to my own doctor to handle the draining and dressings. She thinks—and I quote, *thinks*—that I might not even need surgery!
To make things even more ridiculous, one doc tells me not to touch any ointments, while another insists I apply them. One guy says I should shower more often since water helps, but then another tells me I shouldn't even take the gauze off in the shower and should just cover it with plastic wrap instead.
Good luck trying to figure that one out!😢
Look, I don't have first-hand experience with this stuff, but I have a friend who actually had to undergo surgery four times last year because of those fistulas. And get this—she just had to do it again yesterday. It's deep, right down to the colon, so after they operate and clean everything out, they leave the wound wide open to heal on its own. You can imagine how miserable that is. This is happening over in Germany. She was honestly shaking from the nerves because every time they finish, they tell her everything is cleaned out perfectly, only for it to flare up again a few months later. I don't know if it's just bad luck with doctors or if her body is just prone to this kind of thing. She tried three different clinics, and it's the same result every time. They told her to lose a little weight since that plays a role, so she's been watching what she eats, but it still happens. She even tried some herbal supplements, but nothing seems to move the needle.
