Ordering medication from overseas in Health ·
Drew Wright said:The items I'm looking to order are actually available here, though they are significantly cheaper over there. Has anyone here ever ordered directly from Swanson? If so, could you let me know firsthand whether the shipment actually clears customs without issue?

I’ve ordered eBay L-tyrosine from Swanson before
the first time the shipment value was $20 ,the second time it was 150
I never ran into any issues at all...

The more positive feedback, the better.

But what about those doctors over at the Albaharijev clinic?

Cindrić Jasna, Bergman-Marković Biserka, Suzana Kumbrija??

I just found them through a Google search...

Well, I’m actually seeing Suzana Kumbrija right now...
The biggest downside for me is that you have to book an appointment ahead of time—honestly, I’ve never had an emergency where I needed to rush in immediately, so I haven't tested if they'd see me on the spot, but usually, I've had to wait about 4 or 5 days.
As far as the doctor goes, she's fine—the nurse is too.
They're both pleasant enough. I don't usually stay long, so if you don't mind the scheduling thing, just sign up. Then again, I suppose you could call and say, "Look, I'm in pain, can I come in?" just so they don't turn you away...
Where did all the good old-fashioned doctors go? You know, the ones where you'd show up when you felt sick and just wait two hours in the lobby... 😁😁
Shin pain after tumor treatment in Health ·
So, here’s the situation—about two years ago, I had a benign tumor removed from my left shin. What was supposed to be a straightforward, routine procedure turned into a massive headache... I actually ended up needing three separate rounds of stitches.
For the last couple of years, everything seemed fine, but I recently decided to start running again, and honestly, it’s been a disaster. The pain is pretty intense; the entire area where the tumor used to be is tender, and even just touching the bone in that spot causes this sharp, awful ache.
It feels a bit better if I take a few days off from running, but then it’s the same story every single time I try to get back out there.
I don't want to cause an unnecessary scene, but does anyone know if this is normal even after two years? Or could this be pointing toward something more serious?...
