Please. I saw the cover of Empire magazine where they slapped "Fincher's greatest masterpiece" across the front in giant letters. It's nothing but pure hype and smoke and mirrors.

It would be about time if they decided to run a rerun of this on ABC tonight. Seriously, this movie is a massive achievement—easily one of the absolute best ever made on this subject. From the direction and the screenplay down to the acting, everything about it is just flawless.

Nothing to write home about. Honestly, standards have hit an all-time low if critics are actually calling this some kind of masterpiece. It’s a 7/10 at best.
