It’s true that things have been moving, though I don't think it’s been shifting toward both ends of the spectrum quite like it has over there. It feels like the Republicans have turned into total monsters, while the progressives have become these radicalized red cells. Even the centrists and liberals seem to be viewed as everyone's worst enemy lately. You have such a long history of calling other forum members liars, based purely on what I’ve seen in the chatroom. For instance, NevermindMe was accused out of nowhere and harassed with that claim from post to post; you accused Claude of lying about his degree because he used an American phrase you didn't quite catch (something about "coding apprenticeships"); and you even accused Arthur of lying about his background just because of his accent, which you teased constantly.

With a track record like that and the way you choose to communicate, I suppose it’s hard to say how much room you actually have left to play the joker and call someone a little liar, especially regarding whose death hit them so hard. And then there's the wondering why someone could possibly misunderstand you—well, I guess that's just life. Then there's the concern for my own mental state. It probably should have been clear, even looking back now, that this topic wasn't really something meant for teasing.

I suppose I resent that just when everything was starting to click for me, you stepped in.
