Insane wave of insults in the Women's Corner, and the mods are doing nothing

I’ve been "honored" with insults from certain users over in the Women's Corner that even Jerry Jones would be embarrassed by. I’ve reported this verbal abuse to the moderators multiple times, but nothing happens. No posts get deleted, and the offenders don't face any consequences.
As far as I can see, harassment and profanity are strictly forbidden in the general site rules: and apparently also in the specific rules for the Women's Corner:

It’s just one of those things—if you aren't standing on the "right side of history," you’re basically just asking to be insulted... and the moderators here are all super progressive, of course.

Just when it felt like they were finally starting to welcome you into the fold, everything just falls apart. Honestly, it probably would have been much wiser if you had just taken your losses on the chin and moved on with your life.

the guy actually got banned from another forum, and he let us all know, specifically because he wouldn't stop trolling and picking fights. He's doing the exact same thing here. Honestly, I felt bad for him at first; I thought maybe he was just socially awkward or something, which isn't worth making fun of. But that’s not the issue. He's being calculatedly toxic—reporting people's reactions and then pivoting back to fashion topics like nothing happened...

Preventative care? What’s the issue there? Honestly, if I didn't have a massive phobia of hospitals and doctors, I’d go for a checkup at least once a year.

The long waiting lists and the lack of equipment aren't my headache; that's a problem for the government to solve. Personally, I pay top dollar for my medical services. 🤷

He wants to see what kind of scan it actually is.

Look, I’ll admit it. My main goal was just to see what kind of search they were running. But then some of the ladies pointed out how massive the waiting list actually is, and I decided to back off. It wouldn't be right for me to jump the line just for kicks when there are people dealing with actual illnesses waiting months for their turn. If things were running normally and there weren't these kinds of bottlenecks, I definitely would have gone. It would've been a cool new experience, and honestly, the preventative health aspect would've been the icing on the cake.
