Mary looks the unnamed straight in the eye and recites her favorite line from an old poet: I am dust and life and the fullness of light, and nothing more.
Curiously, he asks her back, "And who exactly are you?"

And that is all... nothing more than that. I would simply embrace you and say: you are me.
But one must wonder about the unnamed: How many of those human models—those mental constructs that forge both our inner worlds and our outer realities, shaping the very fabric of our existence here in America—are actually conscious of what they are doing? An unnamed individual asks this. That is the question being posed to you.

"...everyone is everything... everyone is everything... everyone is everything... everyone is everything... everyone..." The thought just kept looping in his head while he sprinted across the field, desperately trying to outrun a stampede of elephants that refused to let up. "EVERYONE IS EVERYTHING..." That internal mantra was actually louder than the trumpeting elephants, and the pounding in his chest felt more intense than the actual tremors shaking the ground. Way off in the distance, he could see the scorched remains of a city.

It was all on him. The drone that the unnamed used to get here blew up during landing—started a fire, which ended up spooking the elephants. He scrambled to hop on Discord to call his twin, Jean-Claude Van Damme, for backup.

Then Jean-Claude Van Damme arrived, appearing as if he had been instantly teleported, and declared: "I have intercepted an intergalactic encrypted transmission for you all." It was a fragment of a pyramid that had begun to pulse. That vibration expanded into a much wider radius of influence. It is hidden right there within the leather seats.

😲 Mary’s eyes narrowed, her hair practically standing on end. 😱 I mean, seriously, who goes through the trouble of sending an encrypted message—especially one that feels totally out of this world—and more importantly, what does it actually say? Where the hell are we headed with all this?

Using a laser would probably be a much easier and safer way for Mary to trim those wild, spiked-up hairs. 🤣
To put it in plain English: we’re just looking at postmortem electrical impulses from frog limbs. Next year, the bellflowers and bluebells will be back in bloom anyway...
There really is no escaping anything, except perhaps ourselves. Though even that is a losing battle when your own shadow catches up to you so quickly. 🤣
If you truly understand the "why," then the "what" and the "how" become entirely irrelevant.
The unnamed process things far more simply than complex unnamed (Sapiens?). One has to wonder: what does an unnamed entity consider the most vital thing during a human's brief existence on this planet?

Mary is genuinely terrified of what might happen to her hair, so she pulls a hat down tight over her head, praying that unnamed doesn't decide to give her a buzz cut with a zero-guard.

She settles onto a park bench, just sitting there and waiting to see if unnamed can actually figure out what matters most to Americans. I mean, she isn't exactly expecting herself to provide the answer to a question that heavy. 🕺

The unnamed meadow was in full bloom. It was packed with all sorts of flowers and plants, some beautiful and others medicinal. You could practically taste the floral scent hanging in the air.

I took a little stroll through the garden today. I sat down just to listen, hoping to catch a moment of true silence... but then there’s the constant barking of the neighbor's dog, which seems to be an inescapable part of the whole experience. What was that scent, though? Just crisp, fresh air paired with a view of that lovely forest... I have such a deep appreciation for unnamed! 🙂 Truly. And orchids, too. 🙂

In such an incredibly beautiful and inspiring atmosphere, Mary turned to the unnamed and asked: Why did you come to Earth? Was it just by chance, or were you actually aiming for something?

The unnamed told her about how he’d heard the story of Snow White and the seven dwarfs, and how he actually wanted to join them since he was on the shorter side himself. He sounded genuinely distressed, almost heartbroken, because he couldn't find a single lead on where they might be hiding. Mary just listened with sympathy. She wasn't sure if she should just break it to him that they were nothing more than fairy tale characters. She just asked, "But what if you don't find them?

Granted, but much like so many other narratives, this one was merely relayed to the unnamed by those from the country.
And what exactly is there to find?
The unnamed possess an entirely different approach to the perception of existence. For them, the very concept of "searching" does not exist. Instead, one should simply look around and within; as humans, you are already directly embedded in existence, just as you have always been. This constant human tendency to form preconceived notions about everything they desire is precisely why people claim to be "searching"... but a story is just a story. Do you not see that a story can be observed upon the inexhaustibly creative stage of human existence? At times beautiful, at others, quite bloody. I find myself wondering: why do you Americans slaughter one another? What is it that you seek so greedily through bloodshed and pride? It seems to me that you don't even have particularly large noses by biological design.

Mar was silent. There wasn't much she could say to change things, let alone fix them. They just stood there, lost in thought, staring out toward the horizon where the rain clouds were starting to roll in.

Van Zemaljac’s phone starts buzzing—it’s his mom, letting him know lunch is getting cold. "Hang on a sec," the little green guy whispers to him. "I'm heading out, but I'll be back tomorrow. You gonna be around, Mar?

"Yeah, I'm in. Since we're stuck in this lockdown anyway, I don't have anything better to do," she said, watching him slowly head off toward downtown.

She was already weighing her options for tomorrow's outfit, leaning toward something comfortable enough to handle a massive amount of walking. She’s actually planning on taking John Doe to check out that historic estate nearby where ......
