It isn't even humor when someone constantly twists your posts around and puts words in your mouth. Then they go out of their way to label you a fascist or some kind of Nazi propagandist just to drive a point home. When you actually call them out on the lies, they just spin the narrative even further.
The real headache is that this guy can't tell the difference between an outright lie and a simple mistake, so even if you try to apologize or set the record straight, he won't let you have the last word. It happened just the other day with one of my coworkers; he was tearing her apart even after she tried to make amends. He was clearly just enjoying the spectacle, which is wild considering she hadn't even said a single thing to him about himself.
