What should I get for a solid PC build?

Hey everyone. I’m always asking questions since I’m definitely not some high-tech wizard when it comes to modern PC builds. I know prices have gone through the roof lately—which sucks—but I'm kind of torn between an Intel Core i3-9100F or 10100F versus maybe one of those AMD Ryzen 3 or 5 options—like the 1200, 1300, 2xxx, or 3xxx series. Also, which motherboard would actually get the most out of whatever CPU you guys suggest?

Just grab an i5-10400F and pair it with the cheapest motherboard you can find. Honestly, it won't make a lick of difference

Look, what kind of GPU were you planning to throw into this build if it's actually meant for gaming? Because honestly, the CPUs aren't even the main issue here, and their prices haven't really jumped nearly as much as people claim.

GTX 1060 3GB, RX 570/80, or maybe a GTX 1650... I guess I have no clue which one to pick
