Lingerie return policy?

Hi there!

I was wondering if I could get a refund on some clothing. I bought a tracksuit set plus some fleece jackets for my elderly father—who’s currently staying at an assisted living facility—and they just arrived $320. None of the items fit him properly, so I wanted to see if I'm entitled to a refund, especially since he isn't really up for doing an exchange himself.
I have the receipt, of course.

I picked up some things at Macy's in VA.

I don't think you're eligible for a refund, though I can't say for certain. You definitely have a shot at an exchange if you can talk your dad into it...
