Posts are still getting wiped—continuously, really—and then threads on this subforum just get locked immediately after.
After the last open (and subsequently locked) thread on this board (along with the final deleted post):
The second to last open (and locked) thread, again with the final post gone:
And the degutantan removal of posts, Vol. 1
Even with 30 points, this post was nuked with the reason: "Violation of subforum rules"
Basically, a state of emergency or a pandemic was never officially declared in the US, because Andrej Plenković or the Republican Party would probably rather commit seppuku than give Zoran Milanović any more authority...
As for that supposed part of the law regarding masks, that section doesn't even exist—you can tell by looking at the laws for things like bicycles, where everything is defined down to the smallest detail. Stuff like this usually just falls apart in court.
Judging by how the moderators act, studies on this forum are apparently irrelevant:
Exactly, that’s why we even have laws and regulations in the first place—the bike thing was just an example.
If you use "and others," you could justify anything from barking at the moon to... well, much darker stuff, all under that one little catch-all phrase.
We already see this happening, though—here's a recent one:
The local county board banned fighting forests with masks
Luckily, things don't work quite that way in America, even if the power grid is a mess.
It's a waste of breath, I guess—the forum bureaucrats and their apologists are ready to defend the indefensible until they're blue in the face.

We all know revolutions eat their own children, but I guess this revolution is still just simmering them.

You can't just write "and others..." into a law and then try to wiggle out of it later.
The law needs to be SPECIFIC about what it actually covers—no vague generalizations allowed.
