Drew Ross2 said:--well, he’s an underdog now because he brought clones along for the ride :D even if he wrote a literal masterpiece, his chances of winning are basically zero at this point :D

Yeah, well...😁

Rather than opening up with new ideas, they just...
I have a feeling we're going to see some more nonsense in about three weeks.🤦

Drew Ross2 said:not really :D
The reality is that, quite often, competitions aren't won by quality—they're won by whoever has the better narrative, or who has earned "sympathy points" through long-term development.
It’s similar to when Leo DiCaprio won an Oscar for what was arguably one of the most superficial films ever made—though, one could argue they gave it to him simply because they had been beating him down for years :D

Quote😁

Brenda Green62 said:Just checking in here, though there's a very real possibility I'll drift over to that other chat soon :ro fl:
Leo has definitely delivered roles a hundred times better than the one he actually won the Oscar for :o

Hey you, what's up? 😁

Joshua Baker77 said:Yeah, we’re in the same boat... We’ve got alarms going off every hour like clockwork. For instance, I’ll have one every 24 hours, my wife gets hers every 1, and then I’m hitting mine every 2... if the fever starts creeping toward that danger zone, we scale it back to every half hour. By the end of the night, we’re both basically being blasted by each other's alarms anyway, so you might as well just stay awake 😁

At this rate, my wife isn't even sleeping at all 😬

I honestly have this nagging gut feeling we're headed for some more nonsense in about three weeks. 🤦

Hey you, what's the word? 😁

I'm basically running an ad for my essay writing services now 🤣

Me too. You're heading back there around then, right?

Ugh, I'm exhausted—starving, too—and I just want to head home, but I'm stuck grinding away at this project that feels endless. All in all... Monday 😁

What's going on with you?
Aside from cheating on assignments?
Seriously, stop blowing up my DMs asking me to vote for you—even the Republican Party hasn't pulled off anything that desperate 😳 🤣🤣🤣

Yeah, one nation, one leader.
🤣 We basically have Plenković back for another four years.
🤣

Go write down your thoughts elsewhere. You clearly have a knack for writing—applications for new editorial positions open the day after tomorrow.😉

I'm juggling 6 things at once again. But hey, I'm managing.
Got a 50% discount on some items, and there's a solid chance it might even hit 75%.🙂
Remember when I told you they called me about being the Sales Manager at that firm?🤣

Joshua Baker77 said:Yeah, we're doing the same thing. We've got alarms going off every hour—I’ll check at midnight, then my spouse checks at 1 AM, then I'm up at 2 AM... If the fever starts getting scary, we switch to every thirty minutes. Honestly, we both end up waking up to each other's alarms anyway! 😁

You really don't need to wake kids up just to check their temperature unless they're having febrile seizures.

You aren't—Brenda Green62 doesn't have little ones either.😁
I have three.
Three wonderful, dark-eyed little humans.
Two girls and a boy right in the middle.😁

And look, kids come with their own set of pros and cons, honestly.😁

So, we have Who is Il Plenky for another four years—great. Just great. 🤣

Go write down there. You’ve got plenty of talent for writing—anyway, they’re opening up applications for new projects the day after tomorrow. 😉

working 6 again. But whatever—I'm actually pulling it off.
I managed to snag a 50% discount on a few items—though, honestly, there’s a pretty decent chance it could jump to 75%. I guess we'll see. 🙂
Remember how I told you they were trying to headhunt me for a Sales Manager position at that one firm? 🤣

I honestly can't believe it—but fine, I guess that's how the votes went. 🤦

I’ve been mulling this over quite a few times now—really, I have—but I just haven't been able to carve out the time to actually sit down and deal with it. 😬

You didn't tell me—what the hell is going on now? What's happening all of a sudden? 😁

Exactly. Just leave them be. We have those ear thermometers now—they barely even notice you're doing it.
I say wait until the fever hits 101°F before we go the medicine route. It happens all the time where a kid goes from 100.7°F to 102.5°F in what feels like twenty minutes flat.
My girls have never had a seizure, and honestly, I don't think I ever want to find out what that's actually like. 😁

I say wake them once the fever hits 101.3°F and then give them some syrup. It happens all the time where they jump from 104°F to 106°F in like thirty minutes.

Yeah, no point in waking yourselves up either. 😁

I can’t believe it—but hey, that's how the votes went.
I’ve been mulling this over several times now—it’s just that finding the actual time to sit down and deal with it has been proving difficult. :zu bo:
You didn't mention this—what exactly is going on now? : D

They’ve stripped away all the various allowances. 🙂
Some things just click—once you finally figure out the right way to approach them. 🤣
My life insurance premium just took another dip—that percentage is sliding right down.
Met up a gorgeous lady out there—we made arrangements pretty quickly. 😬

I'll be getting started with rearranging the furniture shortly.
Do you have any design ideas?
The focus remains on practicality. 😬

And for this one—get lost.
I used to enjoy writing—it's been quite a while.
It looks like—provided my responsibilities don't pull me away—I’ll be writing much more frequently very soon. 😬
