Old school remedy here, though personally, I think it’s absolutely brutal and totally unbearable: candle wax. Just grab a candle—color doesn't matter, but if you have a plain white one lying around, go with that—light it up, let it burn for a second, and then drip that hot wax directly onto the blister.
At that exact moment, you’ll probably feel like you’re actually dying from the pain, but once that initial sting passes—give it a minute or two—just cover the whole thing with some gauze and leave it alone until the wax flakes off on its own.
My grandma always swore by this, and honestly, it makes the blister heal at lightning speed.
Now, if you’re more into the modern stuff and don't want to play with fire, you can just hit up a CVS or Walgreens for those specialized blister bandages. They’re basically little cushions that look kind of like this, they puff up like tiny little balloons to create a protective barrier, making it way easier to walk while the skin heals. Just don't expect any instant miracles for at least a few days, though.
If you've got a fluid-filled blister—you know, the bubbly kind on the bottom of your foot—carefully pop it with a sterile needle (you can grab a pack at any pharmacy) and then slap one of those bandages right over it.
