klapalo said:The private autopsy results for Floyd show exactly what everyone witnessed.
While the state's official autopsy felt like something straight out of North Korea (with no signs of asphyxiation presented as the primary cause of death).

The lies are just piling up... I feel like it's a sign of America fracturing along all sorts of fault lines. It's not just about race or extreme left vs. right politics; it's dangerous for the whole world...

2 Autopsies Released in George Floyd

The attorney representing George Floyd’s family says the findings of an independent autopsy have determined that Floyd died of asphyxiation from sustained pressure. However, the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s final autopsy report contains more information from toxicology reports.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s office says that the manner of death is homicide, and listed as the cause of death cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint and neck compression. Their report also listed other significant conditions, including arteriosclerotic and hypertensive heart disease, fentanyl intoxication and recent use of methamphetamine.

He had fentanyl and meth in his system.

The officer kept his knee on his neck for about 8-9 minutes, lifting it at 8:28 PM when the ambulance arrived, and he passed away at the hospital at 9:25 PM.

The prosecution is going to have to prove how dying at the hospital an hour later was caused by that knee pressure...

The post above was deleted and I was handed a ban, but there's no record or message in my inbox, so I have no idea what happened or what rule I supposedly broke.

Just wondering—since the post was wiped, am I allowed to repost those toxicology results once my ban is over? Or will I get slapped with another one for posting something that was already removed?

Please just give me a simple YES or NO.

Am I going to get a new ban if I share the news again about how fentanyl and amphetamines were found in the deceased person's blood?

I’m honestly at a loss as to who to contact because I have no idea which moderator issued the ban or deleted my post. There isn't a single notification in my inbox or any record of it, so I'm completely in the dark about what actually triggered the deletion and the ban.

Thanks!

The Ban lasts just one day (expiring sometime after midnight), and you didn't get a notification because it was a custom Ban from the mod panel... basically because your last card should have been smaller, and if it hadn't been, those 100 points would have bumped your suspension to two days instead of one. That's also why a few of your posts were wiped without any cards, even though you probably could have earned them...

As for the reason, you've really crossed a line with how you interpret the links you drop, especially that last one (which got deleted, but the admins see everything)...

Please, just don't do this anymore. Neither the first autopsy nor the later ones come anywhere close to the conclusions you "present," and that final one was truly beyond the pale—rude, manipulative, and your attempt to justify the police officers' disgusting behavior is just unbelievable...

It's written clearly enough right here in the link you provided yourself:

Quote:>
autopsy determined that “sustained pressure on the right side of Floyd’s carotid artery impeded blood flow to the brain, and weight on his back impeded his ability to breathe.
What we found is consistent with what people saw. There is no other health issue that could cause of contribute to the death. Police have this false impression that if you can talk, you can breathe. That’s not true

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s office says that the manner of death is homicide, and listed as the cause of death cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint and neck compression.

But then you jump in with:
Cities are burning and the country is collapsing because of a mob that has a false subjective impression of a Black man's murder, when he most likely died due to drug consumption.

Yeah.

Seriously, please stop...

(And I'm not going to argue or respond, this was just an explanation, and I'm genuinely asking you to stop waging a crusade against the entire universe and everyone who actually has eyes and watched the video)

Please, let's move past this. Not one of the initial autopsies, and certainly none of the later ones, support the conclusions you're "presenting." That last one was honestly just tacky, rude, and manipulative—it crossed a line. And honestly, your attempt to justify the officers' disgusting behavior is just unbelievable.

I absolutely love diving into a good debate! I enjoy laying out both sides of an argument, and honestly, I often find myself playing devil's advocate just for the fun of it—whether I'm supporting or opposing a point, I'll take the underdog side just to keep things interesting.

The trial hasn't even kicked off yet, so we still need to establish what actually happened. I don't post on Politics much—maybe just four or five times—so I wasn't aware that debating certain topics isn't encouraged here. To me, since these events are happening right here in America, they aren't really controversial at all!

lonebadger6 said:It’s all laid out right there, plain and simple, in that link you shared!
The autopsy results confirmed that sustained pressure on the right side of George Floyd’s carotid artery blocked blood flow to the brain, while the weight on his back made it impossible for him to breathe.

Quote:
The findings align perfectly with what eyewitnesses reported. There isn't any other medical condition that could explain or play a role in the death. It seems like the police are operating under this flawed assumption that being able to speak means you can breathe just fine—but that's simply not how it works!

According to the physicians who performed the independent autopsy... It's clear they understand that the final report won't be complete until the toxicology results and all those other medical details are officially in!.

They haven't even factored in the toxicology results or those other medical details yet... so for now, we should treat their report as just a preliminary draft!

lonebadger6 said:The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s office says that the It’s like when a referee calls a foul—it’s a definitive ruling based on the facts at hand! In this case, the manner of death is homicide. The official report lists the cause of death as cardiopulmonary arrest, triggered by the struggle during law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression.

The county medical examiner added to their report The following : “Manner of death is not a legal determination of culpability or intent. The way they classify a cause of death is actually a formal requirement for the Medical Examiner, just like how a referee makes the official call on the field during a game! ...as part of death certification for purposes of vital statistics. ...and public health. Manner of death is not a legal determination of culpability or intent. It’s important to remember that the manner of death is not a legal determination of culpability or intent. Think of it like a weather report—it tells you what happened on the ground, but it doesn't decide who was responsible for the storm!"It shouldn't be used to hijack the entire judicial system, either. Making those kinds of calls just falls way outside what the Medical Examiner is actually authorized to do."

A medical examiner doesn't decide who's guilty—that's what the courtroom is for! Right now, the cause is just labeled as homicide for bureaucratic reasons, basically so it can be properly logged in the official statistics.

lonebadger6 said:But you’ll just swoop in with:
Cities are burning and the whole country is tearing itself apart because people are caught up in this false sense of reality regarding the death of a Black man, when it’s most likely he passed away due to drug complications.

Yep.

Just my two cents based on what I've seen, but it feels like the media took a small spark and turned it into a massive wildfire with all that sensationalism.

The trial hasn't even kicked off yet, so we won't get the full truth until everything settles down. If I had to place a bet, I’d say those officers will walk away acquitted again. Some people are probably going to point the finger at systemic racism as the reason why.

lonebadger6 said:Oh, come on, please stop!

I’m not looking to get into a whole back-and-forth here—this was just my way of explaining things. Honestly, please stop waging a crusade against everyone in the universe who actually watched the video and saw the truth!

Like I mentioned before, I don't jump into politics and debate all that often, so I honestly had no idea there were certain topics where you aren't allowed to offer a counterpoint or play devil's advocate!

That’s exactly why I was asking for a bit more clarity! :)

Of course you can.

Just within reasonable limits, if you don't take that as an insult...

If the whole world is watching a psychopath use a prohibited chokehold—which is only permitted if a cop's life is actually in danger, a rule that most of the country follows while experts are still shaking their heads that it’s even happening in Minneapolis—on a man who isn't resisting, isn't armed, or doing anything of the sort... and then they just stand there and ignore him while he gasps for air and begs for his life, and if this psychopathic abuse and killing continues on, completely illegal since no officer was ever in danger, and if the first "official" Autopsies Released in George Floyd which both subsequent groups dispute even suggests the police conduct contributed to the Death, while independent experts openly call it murder because the victim was strangled...

Then saying people are "protesting because a Black man died from drugs" isn't a "counterargument," it's just ignoring everything I just laid out above...

ACLU has already stated that if this goes to trial under the current third-degree manslaughter charges, he’s definitely walking free.

At the end of the day, what happens on a video clip matters way less than what can actually be proven in an American courtroom.

I’m dropping this topic now—I've already been banned twice enough!
