If you’re putting it that way, then I guess I’m an Endomorph too, since I basically see myself in 90% of those descriptions.
But honestly, I can't say no to something sweet. I just can't stop at one slice of Dora's baking or maybe just one or two cookies. It's either nothing at all or I go full hardcore mode. The only other option left is getting a lobotomy, but I haven't tried that yet. 😁

Same here. I’ll gorge on sweets until I feel sick, but if I don't hit the gym, I end up looking like an Endomorph again.

Honestly, though, I just can't say no to anything sweet. I can't just stop at one slice of Dora's homemade pie or a couple of cookies. It's either all or nothing for me—total hardcore mode. The only other option would be getting a lobotomy, and hey, I haven't tried that yet! 😁

You don't necessarily need a lobotomy—try going Keto first...😁
If you're really that much of a sugar addict, you're going to go through a brutal withdrawal phase, but once you push past that, you'll be riding high...

Come on, man, don't rub salt in the wound...

Exactly. If we hit nuclear winter, we're all screwed. 😁

Since the 6th, I've been living on basically nothing and staying sin-free. Put in 14 hours at the gym, and I've barely dropped half a pound.

casualscout65 said:You don't need to go straight for the lobotomy; try keto first.😁.

If keto doesn't do the trick, I guess my only option left is a lobotomy. 😁

Oh, believe me, I get it—my husband is an Endomorph too, and this sounds exactly like him:
Basically, they just can't handle carbs very well, so a low-carb diet is pretty much their only saving grace. White flour and sugar? Absolute poison for an Endomorph.

It’s like when he goes away on a cruise while doing keto and comes back looking shredded with a six-pack... then he gets back home, eats whatever he wants, and immediately feels bloated, sluggish, and just plain terrible....
Since he's right on the edge of hitting that age where blood sugar becomes a massive headache (BING), he's being extra careful about it now...😁

Where the hell is MR Zei? What’s his deal? He was all over the place, acting totally hyped about coaching those amateur kids, but then everything just went sideways 😳

Basically, they have poor carbohydrate tolerance, so a low-carb diet works best for them. White flour and sugar are especially dangerous for an endomorph.

He’ll go on a Navy deployment on keto and come home with a six-pack... then he eats everything once he's back and immediately bloats, gets gas, and feels like crap....
Since he's hitting that age where blood sugar becomes a real issue, he's being extra careful now...😁

Yeah, keto is the way to go for endomorphs, if you can actually stick to it.

I can't.
When I first cut them out, I feel terrible—just pure weakness.

Plus, since I don't eat vegetables (don't like them), I use oatmeal for breakfast for the fiber, and some fruit after lunch.
Then there's the sugar in my coffee, which is all carbs, obviously.

But when I'm in cutting mode like I am now, I definitely slash them drastically.

Better than nothing, I guess.

Probably just working and doesn't have time for the forum. Not all of us are slackers.😁

Based on his recent posts, he's probably busy learning German and packing his bags for Europe...😁

mellowraven8 said:Yeah, keto is definitely the way to go if you're an endomorph—assuming you have the willpower.

I personally can't do it.
When I first cut them out, I felt absolutely trashed—just pure weakness.

Plus, since I don't eat my greens (not a fan), I rely on oatmeal for fiber in the morning and some fruit after lunch.
And let's be real, I still put sugar in my coffee, so obviously, I'm still hitting those carbs.
😁

Look, that weakness is totally normal—that's exactly how I felt during the first five or six days...
But once you push through that hump, you feel incredible. Honestly, I have way more energy during my workouts than when I'm eating unprocessed carbs.

For the longest time, I couldn't imagine drinking black coffee—it was unthinkable! For a while, I used Stevia to transition, but now I haven't touched it in five years. It's doable, trust me.😉

As for the vegetable thing, I don't know what to tell you. Even my kids hate half the stuff I cook for them, but they have to eat it regardless—you should probably take the same approach.😁

Are you seriously trying to tell me he didn't know any German before this? Loser. 😳

"Based on my deep dive into linguistics, I’ve come to believe that if you're actually bright, you could pick up English (ignoring the mess that is spelling and pronunciation) in about thirty hours, grab French in thirty days, and then struggle through German for thirty years. It's pretty obvious from that, so maybe German just needs to be simplified and fixed. Honestly, if we don't change it, we might as well just tuck it away with all the other dead languages—because only people who aren't busy living life would ever have the time to master it." You could probably pick up French in thirty days, but German? That’s a thirty-year slog. It’s obvious, really. If we want to keep using German, someone needs to step in, trim the fat, and actually fix the damn thing. Otherwise, we might as well just relegate it to the graveyard alongside the dead languages. After all, only the dead have enough free time to deal with it. — Mark Twain

I honestly don't see the issue. 😳

Jack Ward82, what are you even doing with this little table...😲

English in thirty Days, and German in thirty years...yeah, right. Pfft. It took me an entire year just to get that nasal "r" sound down perfectly...😁

So, what exactly are we discussing here?☕

I’ve been hitting the gym pretty hard lately, but man, my diet is a total disaster... Basically, if there isn't food in front of me, I'm probably thinking about it. I have such a massive sweet tooth, too. Give me pastries any day!
The worst part is that I’m actually putting in the work—I'm losing weight and getting out for runs—but I just can't seem to quit the Reese's and chocolate bars. It's like they have a magnetic pull on me.

It’s honestly such a struggle to stay on track.
