I mean, honestly, enough is enough. It's always the exact same username. Always the same insults. Is it really okay to insult an entire nation like that, or are "dishonest Englishmen" just some special exception?

Just so you know for next time—there’s a little triangle right under every user's handle. If you click that, you can submit a formal complaint and suggest they hand out a penalty if possible 🙂 😁—maybe something a bit more severe just to ensure the lesson actually sticks. 😁

As for the moderators? They'll make the final call on whether to just wipe the post or issue an actual ban.

No, I'm actually on Reddit. You have to select the post first, and then if you look at the menu in the top right corner, there should be a "Report" option. I didn't catch that until a bit too late, though. Luckily, they already took care of everything, so it's all good now.
