Hey everyone,

So, I’ve decided to pick up this little side project because, despite ending up working in IT πŸ™‚,^I've been obsessed with nutrition and medicine since I was a kid.

Basically, I'm making these "short" YouTube videos to break down how certain habits can actually boost our health, and I'm hoping you guys might find them useful too.

Here’s the link to the channel: LINK

Feel free to drop any feedback, criticism, or random ideas my wayβ€”honestly, trying to put together a decent video when you're juggling a job, a girlfriend, a social life, and everything else isn't exactly a walk in the park.

Just to get ahead of the inevitable comments about why I'm talking about this stuff without being a doctor myself: I totally get it, and I'm not claiming to be an expert. I’m really just distilling what the scientific studies say and what I pick up from reading medical textbooks (yeah, I actually read those...).

The goal is one video a week, mostly because it takes a massive amount of time to dig through enough quality material to make something actually worth watching. In the meantime, you can catch some quick facts over on my Instagram, where I also post updates on when new videos drop https://www.instagram.com/zdraveminute/

If you want to help me out, the biggest favor would be sharing this with your friends or anyone who might be interested πŸ™‚.

Have a good one πŸ˜‰

Thumbs up for the video πŸ‘
I am right there with you on this; producing content that is actually engaging and polished is a massive undertaking, whereas sitting on the sidelines and acting like an expert is far too easy. My overall impression is very positive, especially considering this is all being driven by pure passion and a hobby.

It might be worth touching upon the whole controversy surrounding cholesterol in eggs, as I think it’s always beneficial to tackle a topic by looking at both the benefits and the potential downsides. I remember about ten years ago during a routine checkup at my doctor's office, they told me my cholesterol was at 5.1 😲 which felt like I was right on the edge of the limit to me. My doctor gave me this look of genuine concern, so I pointed out that I know people with levels hitting 6 or even 8, so a 5.1 didn't seem like such a big deal. She just looked back at me and said, "You don't realize how dangerous this can be; that's the absolute upper limit, it's like redlining a car engine at 6,000 RPMs." Then she started grilling me on whether I eat fatty foods or how many eggs I go through in a week.

Have you ever thought about bringing your girlfriend on board to help with the editing side of things? You know as well as I do that having a dedicated hand for production can really help drive up those view counts. 😁

Thanks a ton, brightviper29. When I eventually put together a video specifically focused on cholesterol, I'll definitely make sure to bring up that idea you shared; there's just no way I can cover every single angle in one go if I want to keep the video snappy πŸ™‚.
As for my girlfriend, I think I'll leave her out of this one, mostly because this whole topic isn't exactly her cup of tea πŸ™‚
