Budget PC build under $4.5k (including monitor)

So, I’ve been chewing on the idea of picking up a new rig that can actually handle my daily grind—browsing the web, streaming movies, and getting some games of Apex or Fortnite in—but at the same time, it needs enough muscle to run ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD, and RoadEng without choking, especially since I usually have a mountain of Office files and Chrome tabs open alongside all those heavy programs... I've seen people talking about the Ryzen 5 1600 and RX 570 being pretty common picks lately, so I was thinking of building something around that kind of spec, though I'm definitely open to any suggestions you guys might have.

I’m really looking to get at least a 480 GB SSD in here, so I was wondering if there's some kind of combo involving a second monitor or maybe something else where I could cut costs a bit to make it happen

So I just cobbled this build together using whatever was sitting on the shelves at Best Buy right now, since they don't have that specific SSD or the RX 570 I actually wanted in stock anymore, so is this setup even decent and am I still getting that 10% discount on the whole thing?
