Honestly, whipping up some schnitzel, mashed potatoes, and a salad doesn't actually take that much effort.
Between trying to make sure the wife gets enough yogurt, milk, and similar nutrients—not to mention the healthy fats 🙂

Then she started going off on this whole lecture about physiology—if she were any younger, I’d have thought she was hitting on my wife. 😁
But the milk supply is plenty, and the kids are growing well. They're getting about 60 grams a day (the standard is usually closer to 20 😁).
It was the same deal with our youngest—I can't recall the exact details for our eldest 🤔
but the kids have always had a healthy appetite. 😁

Breast size has absolutely nothing to do with how much milk you produce. I’ve seen plenty of extreme cases where mothers with large breasts actually struggled to nurse at all...☕ People say it often comes down to massage techniques and the fact that, in those early days, the baby just has to be persistent.☕
