Try squeezing some lemon into water insteadβit works pretty much the same way. If you happen to have turmeric on hand, just mix half a teaspoon of sea salt and a teaspoon of turmeric into a glass of lukewarm water. Itβs actually a decent little remedy for pain.
Here are three ways to gargle and rinse. For food, stick to honey, garlic, lemon, or chicken soup. π

Another way is to squeeze some lemon into water; it does pretty much the same thing. If you happen to have turmeric on hand, throw half a teaspoon of sea salt and a teaspoon of turmeric into a glass of warm water. It works as both a remedy and a pain reliever, I guess.
So those are three ways to gargle or rinse. As for eating stuff, honey, garlic, lemon, or some chicken soup should help. π
rapidtrucker78 said:Thanks, Eric Newman75, Iβm already well aware. I actually used those remedies during my pregnancy when I refused to take any meds. I even tried making garlic nasal drops π€£ which burned like hell π€£
I also used to make garlic suppositories! π§ Though, nobody was really using those to fight off a cold. π¬
