Found stomach parasites—what should I do?

Hey,
I just finished using one of those pill camera capsules—you know, the ones you swallow on an empty stomach to film everything inside.

- It turns out I have a ton of parasites in my small intestine right near my kidneys.

Afterward, I went in for an X-ray, and this was the doctor's finding:
The kidney contours are obscured by intestinal shadows.

Those intestinal shadows basically mean a massive pile of parasites.

I spent a few months traveling through India, eating questionable food and stuff like that.

What should my next move be regarding getting into a hospital (and which hospital should I look for?)
because I’m honestly looking to just have them surgically removed.

I have all the documentation right here in front of me, so what should I do? Who should I reach out to? Any help would be appreciated.

Surgical removal of parasites is merely a tiny fraction of the work required here; surely you realize that, don't you?
The eggs will remain scattered throughout your system for months, and you'll likely need at least half a year of antiparasitic treatments just to get things back under control.

back when I was a kid living in a refugee camp during the war, I actually pulled two white worms out of my own ass—they were maybe 5 cm

I never bothered going to a doctor about it, either
so, realistically, what are the odds that I’m still carrying around some kind of colony in my gut 25 years later?

I basically eat garlic like it’s an apple😁 so I'm really hoping that did the trick and wiped them all out.

Shouldn't the priority be taking a sample from the chair first to identify exactly which parasites we're dealing with? Only after that diagnostic step can we actually evaluate the treatment options and determine if non-surgical methods—
such as antiparasitics or antibiotics, provided there's a response—are even viable.?

I don't think there are any specific symptoms, really
Because of some hemorrhoid issues I had, I've been checking my stool constantly, and I haven't seen anything unusual since
Mind you, it's been 25 years now
Maybe they just vanished—kind of like how earwax disappeared once we all started using modern bathrooms regularly

Though, I do deal with plenty of other stuff—everything from exhaustion and lethargy to a massive bloated stomach😁
Not that it’s anything major or anything...
I mean, I'm living a pretty normal life, I guess😁

I actually went in for a stool test, but it came back negative.
I’ve got all the symptoms, though
nothing really hits the spot like eggs or fries.
The thing is, doctors don't seem to know much about this since it isn't exactly a common illness.
