Haha, I just followed what the instructions on the box saidβ€”one packet for every cup of water
Next time, I'll just grab some from a CVS instead.

I usually pick up my teas at a pharmacy, though I might grab some fruit or mint tea elsewhere πŸ™‚. And when I'm shopping at the drugstore, I make sure to get the loose leaf stuff without any tea bags πŸ™‚

I’ve never really been a huge fan of fruit flavors myself, mostly because I don't have much of a sweet toothβ€”honestly, I don't even put sugar in my herbal tea, though I might throw in a tiny bit of Stevia if I'm feeling it.

Do you think it'll end up costing more if I just pick it up at a CVS or something?

πŸ€” I think so, but I can't recall the exact prices off the top of my head 🀷 though you definitely get more for your money if you buy in bulk πŸ€” not sure how they handle things over in the States 🀷

Thanks so much for the tip
I’ll probably just knock out that quick little dedication I promised you a few days back later tonight πŸ™‚

I was just checking the local CVS website, and at least they don't list nettle tea as being out of stock πŸ‘Ž but if you're over in a smaller town, their local pharmacy doesn't even bother listing what they actually have on the shelves 😳 πŸ€” It's all over the place β˜•

I'm hanging out in New York City right now... there’s a CVS nearby, so I’m sure I can track one down somewhere
Actually, I'm sipping on this tea right this second and it honestly tastes like some kind of blend of green tea and chamomile... I'm really digging it πŸ‘ though it already sent me running for the restroom 🀣

Honestly, my go-to is just grating some ginger and squeezing in a bit of lemonβ€”simple as that!

How could you even mix that up? I mean, shadowjackal82 isn't some concert pianist, right? 🀣

Hey everyone... starting a fresh thread here... I mean, seriously, is it just me or is this heat actually unbearable? I feel like I'm breathing through a thick wool blanket out there...
So, what's the latest news?

I'm here, I'm here... honestly, I've just been wandering through the digital wilderness and the actual physical world lately, which is probably why I've been a bit MIA... I really hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy...πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

Rachel Palmer56, hang in thereβ€”once grape season hits, I’ll be waving at you from the middle of the vineyard just so you know...πŸŽ‰

Whenever I feel like it. Honestly, just do what feels right. You should look up nettle; it’s great for your blood count and helps flush out excess water retentionβ€”those are my main reasons for using it. One tip (at least for me): if you want to squeeze more iron out of it, let it steep longer. You can also toss it into a soup or stew; the flavor is pretty neutral, so it won't mess with the other ingredients, at least not for me.

Sylar had issues with morning eye swelling, which I definitely deal with too if I eat something too salty for dinner, have PMS, or if I've been crying (thank God that hasn't happened lately πŸ™). For that, nettle tea is definitely the way to go. πŸ™‚

Missing πŸ•Ί

From what I could see, there were some genuinely great discussions happeningβ€”everything from that girl with the sexual team-building concept to other stuff 🀣

It’s a shame people gave up on that vote over on the forest chat; that actually had potential to be fun 😁

If you guys catch my return in about five months, I'll bring that topic back up 😬

Doing well otherwise πŸ™‚
I've been translating a few chapters of Martin's book, and everything else is moving along smoothly 🀣
What have you all been up to? 🍿
