Concert tickets

So, I’m hoping I’ve come to the right place because I could really use some advice. I have three tickets for a concert on December 16th that I bought online. There’s someone interested in swapping, but they have physical tickets purchased directly at the box office for the show on the 15th instead. The issue is, they won't budge on only accepting physical tickets because they've been scammed before. I guess I’m just wondering if anyone has any ideas on how I can prove to them that I'm legitimate and won't scam them. Thanks in advance for any help! 👍

Maybe you all should just coordinate and head to a single location together—somewhere they actually sell tickets for this show, or even just the venue itself—and let them handle the verification process there.
