My little ones seem to think the only point of going outside is to rattle around in their strollers; the second I try to actually stop and enjoy the view, it’s absolute mayhem.
Emily Garcia10, if I end up picking up the Minimonkey, we'll probably run into each other and can finally test it out.

Rebecca Roberts8, I don't know what to tell you, but my milk supply is just skyrocketing. It makes no sense. I pumped over a liter today alone. I’m pumping roughly every three hours because the engorgement hits so fast. One afternoon, a little guy fell asleep on me and put some pressure on my breast while lying on his stomach; by that evening, I had a fever and lumps from the pressure. Now, I can't even think about sleeping on my side or stomach for fear of the discomfort. I stick strictly to my back. It's exhausting. Honestly, I’m just counting down the days until they start solids so I can stop this constant pumping. With this much supply, I won't run out, but the routine is a burden. My electric Medela is the only thing saving me.
I haven't regained my pre-pregnancy waistline yet. My abs are finally showing, but my stomach is darker now and the skin feels much looser. I use Bio-Oil once or twice a week to manage it—it helped during pregnancy to keep things soft—but I struggle to stay consistent.
Clara, inspired by your suggestion about carriers, I pulled out the sling my cousin gave me. We started practicing how to use it. It’ll take some work, but we'll see if it actually works for us—or rather, for them.

My little one falls asleep instantly in the BabyBjorn carrier... but hey, that’s only useful if you’ve just got one kid 🙂 Honestly, I feel like I'm betraying my own body by stopping breastfeeding; it feels like a total defection, especially since my breasts have basically gone limp and lost all their shape—it’s honestly pretty grim 😢

Hey ladies!
Finally joining the conversation. Things are going great on my end—hardly any crying, and the girls are sleeping solid blocks of 5 or 6 hours a night. They’re taking about 4 ounces per feeding and gaining weight beautifully.🙏
We’ve been getting out a lot, taking them everywhere already...
I also picked up a Weego Twin carrier while I was pregnant, $400. I haven't started using it yet, but I'm planning to start this week.
Pacifiers are absolute lifesavers, along with these soothing toys they adore, and the Tiny Love Rocker Napper—they pass out instantly in it thanks to the music and motion.
We’re heading to our exercises now, and I actually have a physical therapist coming over today to work with them for the first time.
Emily Garcia10, I am so jealous of your milk supply. My supply has basically dried up. Rebecca Roberts8, I'm sorry you're dealing with all that; I really hope you can avoid having to get a D&C. As for me, I'm back to my pre-pregnancy routine with baths and everything. Physically, I feel great; I just wish I could drop a few pounds. Honestly, I didn't even get stretch marks or a linea nigra.
I'm on my own with them from 7 AM to 4 PM, and it's actually easier than I expected.

It’s our first day flying solo. I’m already exhausted because one was up from 2 to 5, then fell asleep on me at 5, only to ask for food at 6. The other was awake from 2 to 4. Dad tried helping us settle them, but by 3 we realized he needed sleep too since he just went back to work (waiting on being laid off). If they had slept through the night, things would be much easier.
We take them everywhere with us, and even when we have to step out to burp them—since they eat constantly—people always comment on how small they are. Ours feel huge already. Even $17 got one from a woman.

Haha, they keep telling me they’re small, but honestly? They feel huge to me. People have no idea how much they used to be. I’m actually low-key dreading my checkup this Friday—what if they’ve put on too much weight? 🤣
Are yours acting up lately? Mine definitely are.
I took them with me to Chase yesterday; they were totally fine. They haven't even realized we aren't home yet. 👍

What formula are you all using? I honestly feel like this Nan stuff they're pushing for allergy prevention is just too weak to actually do anything...
The mosquitoes are still absolutely relentless, though at least they aren't biting me in the middle of the night, which is the one thing I'm thankful for..
They’re perfectly well-behaved only when we're out driving in the car :/ ..goldenmoose25, I am seriously envious of your bravery and those sweet little girls of yours who just sit there quietly and sleep ,because mine are total bundles of nerves right now

The weather here has been playing games—scorching hot during the day but then dropping unexpectedly cold at night, so I haven’t felt comfortable stripping them down to just a diaper yet. Today, I just let them out of their pants for a bit so their little legs could catch a breeze; honestly, I can't tell if they're actually feeling the heat or if it's just me overthinking things.

Mine are pretty similar. Once I put shorts on them, they just strip right out of them. They aren't fans of socks or blankets either. We have some flannel ones from Target that are great. My mom even bought some matching fabric by the yard and made extra for us.
We’re using NovaLAC now, which is supposed to help with colic. They also have a nighttime version. I'm looking forward to trying that once the gas issues pass, because I don't think they're getting full enough.
P.S. Our stroller actually passed the test at the Walmart checkout. We managed to fold it down small enough to fit in my compact car with the groceries. I’m actually quite happy with it. The baskets are textile, but since the base is wood, I was able to remove the handle to make it fit.

They’re doing fine out there. Ever since we got back home, they haven't stopped screaming, and my apartment is a total disaster zone. My doctor told me they can still have up to 5 oz of Similac, which seems excessive to me, even though they're hitting 4 oz now. They eat a lot and they eat often. I even tried making some elderberry tea to trick them into feeling full, but it was a bust. The older girl had 30 ml of tea followed by 120 ml of Similac. 😵
Nice job on the stroller, Rebecca Roberts8. Are you still bleeding? And why on earth did she mention a D&C?

Still recovering.
I have some leftover pieces from before. Probably just their envelopes. If things don't clear up by the next checkup, I might need a curettage. Honestly, this feels like a vacation right now—just anesthesia and hospital vibes. 😉
Everything is chaotic at home too, especially since a guest is coming over all day tomorrow. She’s bringing another Baby Bjorn bouncer. Since I’m flying solo lately, I feed them myself just to keep things calm if anyone else starts panicking. I also figured out how to use that triangular pillow; maybe I'll just leave them in it on the couch if things get urgent.
Our pediatrician said I shouldn't overeat, but I hate it when they spit up because I ate too much. I really need to find someone to deep clean the sectional. After that, I'll just put down some protectors until the first milestone.

What do you all usually prefer—sticking to the WhatsApp or Viber groups? I’ve been thinking about starting a dedicated thread just for sharing photos, because those group chats feel a bit too crowded and chaotic for that kind of thing. Plus, my Reddit app keeps freezing up on me, making it such a pain to subscribe to specific threads; I end up having to hunt for them every single time I log in. A separate space for pics would be so much smoother and more organized, don't you think? If you guys are up for it, let me know! 🙂

I prefer Viber. I'll send you Clara's number via DM.
I had to type this out at least five times on my phone. It’s probably easier on a tablet.

Reddit glitches out on me too. Sometimes I just don't bother logging in for a few days.
Claire, I sent you that number for the group chat. Hopefully, it actually went through.
Zayid, your stories about women sound too good to be true. Almost surreal. Is it actually possible they're all that great?
I haven't taken mine off yet, and honestly, I don't think I will. Even when the sun is out, it’s never actually hot where I live. My apartment stays around 75 degrees at most, and then it gets chilly once night falls. I end up curling up on the couch under a blanket in the evenings. I really don't think they'll be too hot in long sleeves. The temperature is supposed to drop even more over the next few days. Besides, they aren't even a month along yet. It'll be autumn before we know it. I'm just counting down the days until that first ultrasound so I can finally see what's actually going on. They already feel huge compared to how they felt when I left the hospital.

Hello, Mom! I suppose it is only fitting that I introduce myself as well. We are currently holding steady, though we find ourselves waiting within the halls of the hospital for the arrival of our little ones—we are at the thirty-six-week mark. It will be two boys, and as this is my first foray into motherhood, I must confess to feeling quite overwhelmed by the sheer gravity of it all; seeing this thread has provided a much-needed sense of solace. I truly believe we shall become very close companions in the days ahead. 🙂
