It’s when you've spent the whole fight getting outclassed, thinking the decision is basically a done deal, and then you land one fluke shot that somehow knocks the other guy down or finishes him.
Just watch the Francis Ngannou vs. Volkov fight. You'll get the definition of a lucky punch pretty quickly.

I’ve got nothing but massive respect for Daniel Cormier’s fight IQ, his game plan, his guts, and his technique. The guy spent his entire heavyweight run taking down and beating dudes way bigger than him. Honestly, losing to Daniel Cormier isn't even something to be ashamed of for any fighter. Plus, if you ask me, Francis Ngannou just isn't playing in the same league as these guys anyway.

But seriously, comparing a successful, warrior-hearted fighter like him to someone like Bob Sapp is a huge stretch—maybe even just straight-up trolling.

DC is easily one of the top five fighters to ever step into the cage; he handled Francis Ngannou like an absolute amateur.

Yeah, I’m with you on him being a fatass... biggest one out there (unless you count Jones, who’s basically just two doses of crack in a jumpsuit)

This actually kind of made my day, I don't think I've ever come across this before.
I don't know, I always had this nagging feeling that being bigger just meant he was stronger. To be honest, I didn't really expect Stipe to pull off the win, and I certainly wasn't expecting Francis Ngannou to dominate things quite like that, whether you look at the raw power or the technique.

He’s not exactly my favorite guy, but I have to admit, the man is something else.

That co-main event was absolute fire. A total masterclass in fighting. 🙏
