Any good color tattoo shops in the area?

Quick question about tattoos. I've already got one small black-and-white piece. My next one is going to be in color, but I’m mostly wondering which studio—ideally in Washington, D.C., though I wouldn't mind traveling a bit if the quality is there—could handle it well? Price isn't really an issue for me; I just want the job done right.
