You either get scouted by an existing crew or you go out and start your own outfit.
If you don't want to deal with the politics, you can just fly solo and compete in the individual rankings!

dustymarlin16 slid into my DMs last night about starting a team, but if your boss doesn't show, you two could just go for it if he's down. I'll probably just wait for someone else.

To you two without a squad: I need your team name ideas, car colors, logos, HQ location, and whatever else comes to mind by noon tomorrow. I'm teaming up with whoever actually has good taste... we'll hash out the details for this new crew that's gonna absolutely wreck all these old teams. I've already got a plan to make my setup look elite, so picking the right partners is huge for me. Put some effort into it and don't get salty that I'm not picking a partner right this second. Let's see what you got 🍿
