The forest is such a profound experience, and I don't bring headphones there. But when I'm navigating the urban chaos, juggling parks, streets, and heavy traffic, then yes, I definitely do.
Of course, the sounds of the forest are absolutely priceless.

The Rockies, the Sierras, the Redwoods...
Not nearly as often as I used to, but I grab the chance whenever I can.
It's soul food, always spent lost in my own thoughts.

Obviously, you can't put a price on the sound of the forest.

Well, I finally escaped the urban grind🥳

I love hiking. Whether it's through deep forests or along rocky coastal cliffs.

I actually love just walking through the city without any headphones on; there's something about the sound of the traffic that really keeps me calm.

It's wonderful to hear that..
But even where you are now, there's still traffic, yet there's also a certain energy that makes you want to just put on some headphones and go for a stroll... don't you think?

Whether I'm trekking through the mountains, wandering along the coast, navigating empty city streets at dusk, or just hitting the woods and the open road—along rivers, trails, or some random backroad in a part of the country I barely know—I’m in my element. Rain, sunshine, biting winds, or a warm breeze... it doesn't matter. Doing it solo or with company, I just love it. Honestly, walking or riding my bike are the only times my brain actually shuts up—it finally goes quiet, stops racing, and just stays still for once.

Forget the ocean. Give me the woods any day.
